“The service from Justmylook was very efficient, unfortunately they use RoyalMail for deliveries, the parcel went to the wrong delivery office so was delayed. Would use Justmylook again.”

“As a company, I have no issues. But, one product that I bought is pretty much useless. "Lashtastic" mascara has nothing in it, the wand was quite dry. My 5 month old mascara has more in it than a new one! Avoid this product as basically you're just combing your eye lashes.”

“Purchased 2 sanctuary boxes. The box wasn't very sturdy and I had to cellotape it down as it was a present. The other disappointment was the numbers written on the boxes.”

“I have had 3 orders via Justmylook and all contained perfume , the one order was out of date as it was over 5yrs old and the " self life " is 3 to 5yrs ... So this was rejected under the 30 days " short term rejection " for unsatisfactory goods , so i was sent a returns label but i was expected to tick the " My item does not contain any restricted or prohibited goods " , perfume is prohibited so i would not tick the box . Well that was one out of three items and was refunded after a few emails . This store is new to myself so :: Downside 1 Customer service do not answer the phone 2 Really should not have customers tick the box on a returns label that breaks postal rules . 3 I know it maybe hard but check stock as a 5yr old scent can lose its " notes " and smell . Upside 1 Three of the four bottles of perfume were manufactured 6mths and 4mths ago , this is newer than expensive retailers 2 Prices are good value 3 Shipping is great and on time Overall I would use and recommend but it is hard to reach out to anyone so if you " were " to have an issue then you may find it a frustrating process .”
