“The oui products were sealed, however the milkshake leave in conditioner wasn't sealed and it had spilled a bit inside the packaging. This was a gift for someone and it looked as thought I had used it”

“Cheap prices but too much plastic packaging. I bought Faith in Nature soap and shampoo as they don't use plastic packaging and they arrived wrapped in large amounts of bubble wrap and in a plastic bag. I will not be using Justmylook again for environmental reasons”

“Love the concept of this company, bargain prices for beauty items, however I feel I'm questionning the authenticity of the perfume I purchased. It just doesn't smell the same as my current bottle of Nina Ricci Nina. I purchased the bottle from Just My Look on this occasion as it was the best price and a larger bottle, but it just doesn't have the same smell. Very disappointed as reviews looked like a trustworthy company (apart from the customer services which appear to be terrible reviews). I've not attempted to contact them for that reason and also because I test sprayed the perfume so can't return it now.”
