“You sent me the wrong perfume twice then told me you didn’t sell the perfume you advertised! At my cost I have sent back both wrong perfumes I want my money back! £60 for the perfume and £8 for the postage!!! Terrible company and service.”

“I ordered some perfume from Justmylook and after placing the order decided to add other items. I checked that my order had not been despatched so cancelled it and placed the second order. I received an AI response confirming that the message had been received and that a 'human' would be in touch. Approx 9 hours later I received notification that first my order had been shipped. I requested that a returns label be provided as the error was there's...no response. Several days later I received an email advising that unfortunately they were unable to 'catch' my order before despatch but that I could return it at my own risk and expense. They also failed to deliver within the 24 hours later timeframe they promised but still continued to ignore requests for a returns label. I have returned the perfume at my own risk and expense and had it not been Christmas would have returned the 2nd order of £100+ products aswell. I personally would not recommend this company due to it slow customer service responses and also its failure to deliver within its promised timeframes .”

“The costumer services a horrible and not even doing their job , I have got my Christmas present sent to me broken , I have taken a videos pictures sent them multiple times they asked for it in 11 emails and still have not came back to me with outcome . Not worth to buy anything honestly they are cheap af .”
