“I got a hair product, which was fine,but I got a lip plumper and Hyaluronic acid lip balm,these products I tried,they were over €31 for the 2,They did not do what it stated in the description,im very disappointed, and the customer care said because I opened it I couldn't get a refund, how am I supposed to try it without opening it,it doesn't make sense,very poor customer service especially for something that doesn't work,appalling service altogether 🤨”

“Ridiculous clients service. A lot of emails and no real help. They sent my item to wrong address. On their website I completed the form with all my current details and current address. Than I paid and my address suddenly changed! I asked about help immediately. But they didn’t help me at all. It was my first and last purchase with this company. I asked for help many times and no help at all. Just useless emails. Sad story”
