“Have ordered a few times in the past with no issue. In my last order I received an item I didn't request and had a missing item. Was advised I would need to return the item I didn't order then they would send me my missing item. Not happy that I have to go to the inconvenience of returning the item when it is not my error. Good customer service would be to just send me my missing item.”
