“I was unable to purchase a Clinique product in boots because they no longer stock the item. It was the sales assistant that suggested just my look. I must say that I was impressed with the service, and the range of stock available. No problems with delivery. I will definitely use this site again”

“Very pleased with my product and especially as it was delivered to a store near me . I don’t currently have a postal address as I am living on a narrowboat so this option is brilliant for me and I will see if there are other products that I can delivered similarly.”

“I got my item but I was disappointed with how long it took. It should have been with me after 24 hours but I didn’t receive it until 3 days after. I nearly missed giving it to my friend for her birthday. I got the delivery fee back but still not the best experience.”

“DUSGUSTING AND RUDE SERVICE TO DISABLED CUSTOMERS Absolutely appalled by the way Justmylook has handled my order and subsequent complaint. AVOID I spent over £100 on premium hair products and paid extra for next day delivery because these items were specifically needed before travelling abroad. The parcel arrived with multiple products leaking, damaged packaging, liquid contamination throughout the box and one item missing entirely. Several products were half empty due to leakage and had to be disposed of. Photographic evidence was provided immediately. What followed was some of the worst customer service I have experienced from a retailer. After repeated emails explaining that I had already left the UK for 6 months and could not physically return contaminated products, I was offered a 10% discount code to “shop again.” When I declined and requested a proper resolution, I was simply told: “Unfortunately, we are unable to provide anything else.” No accountability. No reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. No consideration whatsoever despite clear evidence of damaged and missing goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must arrive in satisfactory condition, fit for purpose and as described. Customers should not be expected to internationally return unusable leaked products before receiving assistance, especially where evidence was provided immediately upon delivery. The entire experience has been stressful, dismissive and completely unacceptable. I will now be pursuing the matter formally through Klarna/payment dispute resolution and escalating the complaint further. Avoid if you value customer service or proper handling of damaged orders.”
