“Cant complain about the product or company , but with delivery , i had bad experience because i waited for them at home , no delivery has come and after waiting hours , the delivery company send me notification : saying they missed me and they r going to deliver it to post office !! When i was at home waiting for them ,”

“Very poor customer care I purchased some skincare products used the product once , had a bad reaction to it ,they wouldn't give offer to return it for a refund. Was told I would need a letter from a dermatologist or my GP regarding the skin issue”
