“Wrong item recieved 15th December. Was returned to them within an hour as requested, for the correct item to be re-sent in plenty of time before Christmas. Ive heard nothing since, and I have an un-happy wife, who was missing one of her Christmas gifts. Zero communication from them, no customer service contact. I'm now having to contact my bank to retrieve my money back. Very disappointed with the whole experience, won't be using them again.”

“Ordered some items for a Christmas gift. It all arrived in time. However one of the items was damaged and had leaked everywhere i contacted customer service sent all of the information including pictures and a video showing the fault and I'm still waiting for a resolution so the Christmas present was given incomplete. Very slow responses often asking for information already sent. Being told to send item back for a replacement despite it leaking everywhere and being impossible to repackage as is. Very slow poor customer service.”
