“Ordered a perfume and nail polish, which was supposedly delivered by royal mail, this wasn't delivered to allocated post office but dumped outside only for it to be stolen/lost, while I appreciate it isn't your companies fault that royal mail are useless, actually getting through to someone for help near impossible, just automated responses, this isn't good enough as this was a present, and has been ongoing now for well over a week and no response from yourselves what is being done about this. Very disappointed and would be reluctant to use you again”

“First order for a Mother’s Day gift, incorrect items delivered and I had to send back the parcel for them to resend the correct items.. told them it was a present and there was no empathy and that they would resend once they receive their items back which was no fault of mine. Took a week to back which was too late anyway, but it will be first and last order with this company.”

“Received wrong item. Was supposed to be a gift so I ended up not even being able to deliver it on the day I needed to as JML decided they could only send out the correct product after I'd returned what they incorrectly sent me. Didn't even receive any compensation for this. Disgraceful experience”
