“When my order eventually turned up -2 days late only 1 item out of 2 was in the box with no explanation after going back and forth to try to find out what was happening i was informed the item was out of stock and they would refund me!!! I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't chased the missing item what a very poor customer service, I will think long and hard before ordering with you again especially as it was cheaper on another website.”

“My product (purple shampoo) arrived damaged and had leaked all in the box and all over my top when i opened the package. The bottle top was damaged and doesn't screw on properly. I contacted Justmylook via email, who then sent me another link to use. That was a week ago and nobody has got back to me, and I am left with a product I can't use.”
