“Poor customer service. Sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them they sent me a QR code to return the item back to them. I asked if they would be able to send my correct item straight away and they refused to send it until they had the incorrect item back. Wouldn’t be so bad but the item they sent me was a cheap £2 body mist which was significantly less than the item I’d paid for. Not great customer service. I would be hesitant to ship here again”

“Bought this razor which was listed as smooth finish, used twice and it caused irritation and cut the skin, took it up with company who said as it has been unpackaged and used nothing they could do about it. Not quite sure how you were expected to find this out without using it.”

“Items were despatched late. Customer services wouldn’t upgrade my delivery so have to wait even longer over weekend for Royal Mail 48hr delivery meaning items still haven’t arrived as I write this.”

“I did not think much of Justmylook this time as I bought a DNKY 24/7 Perfume which I was looking forward to receiving. When I received it I opened it and I loved it but when I sprayed it I was so disappointed I could not spell anything at all . I left it for 10min and it was still the same so I sent an email to there customer services explaining about the perfume and Rachael sent a blunt message back saying I opened it so nothing can be done. I messaged again by she did not reply. 😮‍💨”
