“Dealing with this company is the worst experience I’ve had especially over Christmas time … they have not delivered multiple orders and left me hanging with no response and just claimed that they have when clearly they haven’t and shown no evidence and just lied… Christmas gifts couldn’t be given due to this unprofessional behaviour!!! Beware”

“States despatch next day but had no email for a couple of days. Reached out to customer services, who couldn’t find my order. Then they could, then they couldn’t. Requested a refund, no response so chased again, same. Couldn’t find my order even though there had been multiple emails regarding it. In the end I had to do a charge back through my bank”

“I did not have a good experience with just my look at all. I ordered the amika thermal brush and the amika heat protectant on Dec 11. A few days later I got an email to say they were refunding the thermal brush. I emailed back to check that they were still sending the heat protectant and there began my emailing bots with a standard response for an entire week. Ended up having to buy the heat protectant else where as I had no working tracking information that I could trust when it would arrive. EventuaLily got a response from a human with tracking information and the heat spray arrived on Tuesday morning but the lid was damaged. I was properly wrapped in bubble wrap which leads me to believe that it was packed damaged. I sent a picture but have not heard back. Between having to resource the thermal brush and rebut the heat spray it cost me €60 more than when I originally placed my order. I can genuinely say I am so disappointed a will definitely not be ordering again. I look forward to your response regarding the damaged product.”
