“The worst customer experience I've had. Sent the wrong item, return policy clearly states they will incur the return postage cost if they're at fault yet they've ignored all emails. Tried for over a week to resolve and they've been absolutely awful!”

“Pleased with the product marred by taking forever to be dispatched. Was sat in some warehouse for over a week before it was dispatched was getting nervous as so close to christmas...dpd for delivery one of the worst operators out there. Get a decent courier or provider and review would have been 5 stars.”
