“Ive been spoken with customer service, they said we sent refund for you parfume because it’s sold out somehow even i bought it and was waiting for it , it was a gift , they said only hairstyler on the way , today i received my parcel and guess what , its a parfume!! And the hairstyler didn’t come and its a gift for my mom !!! What the helllll !!!”

“Really disappointed with customer service on this order unfortunately. One of the products arrived damaged and unusable. I raised a ticket to try and get some support and was met with response that I could have 10% off next order or return the item at my own expense for a replacement. Neither option I feel meets satisfactory customer service when I have paid for a product I cannot use through no fault of my own! When questioned, I was shut down immediately by customer service. It’s a shame as your service is usually great and offers value for money but this has been a disappointing experience.”
