“BUYER BEWARE. Avoid this seller. The Rive Gauche perfume I received seems fake or faulty. The scent is weak, doesn't resemble the genuine fragrance and doesn't last. Waste of money and a frustrating experience. They couldn't offer a refund as it had been unpacked and used. How else would I know it's fake/faulty. Would not recommend.”

“My order still hasn’t arrived after 14days. I’ve reached out multiple times to the customer care with no communication from them. Very poor customer service when things go wrong and very disappointing as an ongoing customer.”
