“Love my shampoo however I was annoyed to see that one of the pumps is broken meaning I have to tip out the shampoo. I would really appreciate being sent a replacement pump, apart from this all good.”

“The reason I bought this product was I had previously bought it from all beauty.com. The scent from it was exactly the same as Avensis creed and it was long lasting. Unfortunately this one is not the same, albeit, it does have a nice scent(unsimilar) but not long lasting. I prefer the previous.”

“Very disappointed in how slow the arrival time was of my order. Especially given their supposed 48hr turnover time. I was left waiting six days. If you want it in a rush, try elsewhere, would be my advice.”

“Good choice of products & reasonably priced. Delivery took a bit longer than estimated. Received wrong item so emailed customer service. Received reply 5 days later with link for free returns label. Sent back and correct item was quickly dispatched and received.”
