“Please dont order! I have ordered on 9th dec and still haven’t received my items which I have paid already. But yet I have received an email that I have received my items and invited to write a review! upon reporting an AI agent respond was please check your neighbourhood! Thats not professional i have given my number and correct address. Its a SCAM!”

“Terrible service from Justmylook. Spent €160 on products for a next day delivery. Two weeks later and I STILL have not received my products, so I have no fragrances for my family’s Christmas presents. No phone number to call, only an AI bot. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“Order #J27772649 Ordered perume as a Xmas gift 16 Dec 25. Later received a dispatch email and tracking number. The following day got an email saying my order is being refunded! So no order and have to wait up to 7 days for a refund. No explanation as to why my order was refunded and left me running around trying to source elsewher. Very disappointed with Justmylook.”

“I ordered a specific perfume but received the wrong product. When I contacted the retailer, they refused to provide a full refund or replacement, claiming that opening the packaging meant I had “accepted” the item. I tried to resolve the issue via email, clearly citing my rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, but the retailer only offered a partial refund, which is not an acceptable remedy for incorrect goods. I cannot recommend this retailer for purchases where accuracy and customer service matter.”
