“Disappointed that the colour was not correct even though the packaging was right. I have the product at home and the colour in the tube is different, really Disappointed as once opened it cant be returned so I will not be using this site again im afraid”

“Bought the Remington Shine Therapy straighteners. They have a gap in them making them useless. Sent back to company for investigation and they state they are fine, check Remington’s website for reviews, I am not the only one with this issue. Company refuses to accept a return or give me a refund. Awful customer service and would not recommend buying from this sight. They have said they do not accept a return and won’t refund on used items (how else are you meant to test the straightener to see if it works with your hair type) AVOID, unless you want to waste money.”
