“Bought the Remington Shine Therapy straighteners. They have a gap in them making them useless. Sent back to company for investigation and they state they are fine, check Remington’s website for reviews, I am not the only one with this issue. Company refuses to accept a return or give me a refund. Awful customer service and would not recommend buying from this sight. They have said they do not accept a return and won’t refund on used items (how else are you meant to test the straightener to see if it works with your hair type) AVOID, unless you want to waste money.”

“Two weeks on and still no resolution. I reported a missing delivery on 12 February. The parcel was marked as delivered, yet the delivery photo did not resemble my property and no parcel was received. Despite repeated contact, the issue was not escalated to the courier until 17 February. Since then, there has been no proactive update, no follow up, and no meaningful communication. I was advised not to send follow up emails, yet no updates were provided unless I chased. It is now two weeks since the alleged delivery and I have received neither the goods nor a refund. I have had to initiate a chargeback through my bank due to the lack of action. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable handling of a straightforward non delivery issue.”

“The big Revlon 1,Shampoo came with the cap brocken, I sent the photo to customet service, not reply at all, first time I have a problem with Just my look, the packaging its failing, bubble wrap its not enough, if the cap doesnt work how I will use the shampoo, have to find a new bottle and have the fuss to pass all the product.”

“This company is very poor. They have a policy to not refund or replace products which have been opened. They sent me shampoo in a conditioner bottle and would do nothing about it! Will not be buying from here again!”
