“I purchased a Bobbi Brown eyeshadow in the colour “Golden Bronze.” Unfortunately, the item I received was “Bronze,” which is not the shade I ordered. I was unaware of the error until I opened the product, as I had no reason to believe the wrong colour had been sent. I have since been informed that I cannot return the item for a refund because it has been opened. Of course, I opened it expecting it to be the correct shade I had ordered. I did not receive the item as described on your website, so I do not believe it is reasonable that I should bear the cost of this mistake. I must also say that my experience with customer service has been disappointing. Responses have been slow and quite blunt, with a straightforward refusal to help. As a gesture of “goodwill,” I was offered a 10% discount. However, I do not want a discount on a product in a colour I cannot use. I simply want the correct item that I originally ordered or a full refund . I have considered seeking advice from Citizens Advice regarding this matter, as I do not feel this situation has been handled fairly. I have raised a claim with my bank ( where I paid for this with ).”

“I Haven’t receive my order yet, The Dpd send me an email saying this “We’re expecting your Just My Look parcel. We'll be in touch when we have it and it's out for delivery” it’s been more than two weeks i guess still waiting to get my stuffs.”
