“Package came with contents damaged. Sent mail to highlight issue and have had reply from the AI agent,still waiting on human agent to reply. (Christmas period so assuming it will come after Xmas). Price was good, delivery was quick so will gladly update review when issue is resolved”

“Order #J27825214 You only ever know how good a companies customer services are, until something goes wrong. The products sold and prices are generally good. However, on the day of delivery their carrier (Royal Mail / Parcel Force) informed me that they could not deliver the parcel as the delivery address was incomplete. I checked my order confirmation to ensure I had given the correct address. I had.Justmylook had obviously missed the company name from the industrial estate address. Parcel Force didn't know which company I worked for on the estate and therefore could not deliver it.Royal Mail emailed me to say that the parcel would have to be returned to the merchant. The following day I received another email from Royal Mail informing me that the parcel had been returned to the merchant.I emailed the merchant and asked for a full refund. They replied to say that I could have a refund when they receive the goods back? I replied saying that I had not received my goods. I had not returned the goods after receipt. I stated the fact that they had failed to address the parcel correctly and their carrier could not deliver it. None of this was my fault. I had not received my goods.I again asked for a full and immediate refund.They have now failed to reply to three subsequent emails and no refund has been received.I have started a chargeback process through my credit card company. “3 oil hair products ordered. One had leaked all over the others and was empty… Emailed them immediately on Christmas Day and got an AI response. Emailed twice more with the complaint requesting replacements and have heard nothing. Terrible they have not come back to me or given any refund or replacements.”

“Purchased Kylie Cosmetics Cosmic perfume and Hugo Boss Man aftershave as Christmas gifts, best price around, excellent value for money. Free 24 hour tracked delivery but unfortunately it took Royal Mail longer to deliver and they arrived after Christmas. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Just my Look though!”

“The product did not arrive when promised. Following up on the order I had an AI generated response with a promise that a person would phone, this never happened. When I tried to follow the tracking and was told the package had not only been dispatched but had also been delivered . Neither of which was true. The package arrived two days after a promised delivery time . Still no response from customer services. Very poor”
