“AVOID this company at all costs. I have receieved an expensive perfume from them which upon opening, is completely the wrong colour & smells nothing like it should (I'm a wearer of over 5 years!). I was happy to return the item at my own cost for them to see for themselves but instaed they have "checked the batch code" & there is no reported issues so will not issue a refund. This could be a storage issue or an anaomly within the batch. Anyone who saw the item & tested the scent would immediately know there was an issue. Absolutely shocking customer service treatment.”
