“Placed an order and it stated 48hr tracked delivery Tracking showed in transit several days after delivery date with no further updates . Contacted Justmylook and they said they would raise issue with Royal Mail and it would take 2-3 weeks !!!! Totally unsatisfactory, no offer to replace or refund I am still waiting and they did not answer my last message to them”

“Sent me the wrong order. The portal to generate a returns label does not let you continue. Customer service couldn't care less. They still have my money (I spent a lot) and I'm stuck with washing up liquid that I did not order. Avoid like the plague.”

“Lovely perfume, sweet scent and great for a day fragrance - or so my wife tells me. 🤣 The product was exactly as ordered and was sent securely packaged and thus arrived in perfect condition. Delivery options were plentiful and the process of ordering was simple and straightforward. One thing to mention - I requested and paid for a 24hr service via Royal Mail to be delivered to a business address which closed at 5pm. The delivery was attempted at 6:40pm and so was unfortunately undeliveable. This could have been avoided if there were an option to add delivery notes or options either on the order (checkout) or when passed over to SHOP or on Royal Mail tracking. None offered the option. That said, JustMyLook did a fantastic all round service and i would certainly use them again. Many thanks”

“I found this site by accident looking for a perfume for Mother’s Day. I’m so impressed. The price was £20 cheaper than anywhere else and I ordered it at around 8pm it came the following day before 12 noon! Super fast delivery and the right amount of notification on the order. I’ll definitely use this company again.”
