“I placed an order before Christmas and the website clearly stated order now before Christmas to receive your order before Christmas so I did and my Christmas present didn’t arrive till 27th of December and just my look are now blaming the Post office for the delay. Don’t promise something you cannot achieve. So poor and still waiting a response back from your staff members regarding my order. Wouldn’t recommend this company anymore.”

“The product has not been delivered. At the time of ordering, I was promised next-day delivery. However, 13 days have passed, and I still have not received the item. I have been in ongoing communication with the seller, but despite multiple messages, there has been no resolution and no clear delivery date provided. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience due to the failure to meet the stated delivery terms and the lack of effective follow-up.”
