“Delivered Mt parcel 2 days late at my collection point. Only chose that method as it was offered to be next day delivery. Had a week to pick up the parcel but was out the country for 2 weeks hense the next day delivery option. Parcel has now been set at the collection point nearly 2 weeks Should of been picked up 5 days ago and sent bsck to justmylook but notning has happened. Won't be ordering again.”
