“I have been buying from Justmylook for a while now. Always great service, fast delivery and products are packaged really well. I have never received anything damaged. Free delivery has gone up to £25 but i buy my usual products in bulk so it isn't an issue for me. Great value and genuine products!”

“My experience has been horrible. I have still not received my product. I am so disappointed. It was supposed to be delivered on the 27 May 2025. I have been told to wait 10 days before anything can be done.”

“Terrible been using company for a while last order 3 bottles of suncream and some cologne ( cheap barbers) £6.99 anyway cologne never turned up was basically accused of lying why would I for £6.99 then they offered me a 10% discount for a future order so would have to spend £70 to get my £6.99 worth back I said no I want the product in the end they just refunded me the £6.99 it's not the money it's the principle basically saying you must of got it then they said send them pictures of the wrapping? Why never will I use again”
