“Placed an order for a product(Sabrina carpenter - sweet tooth - lemon pie) The product I received was labelled (Sabrina carpenter - sweet tooth - limoncello spritz) Having looked all over Google to try and find out whether it was just a different name for the same product or whether it was a dupe or fake I couldn’t even find the product I had been sent. So I contacted the company that actually makes the scent(scent beauty) and they told me they do not even make a scent by this name “limoncello spritz” so they explained it would not be genuine. The customer service team were very lackluster and unapologetic about this at justmylook and simply asked me to return it claiming their products were genuine even though I knew that to be false. Once returned they sent me out a replacement after which I had already ordered one from boots(got the genuine product from there) instead of asking me whether I wanted a refund or replacement, very shady company. They still say they cannot provide me with any information about where the fake product was from and are now being very evasive, if I were you I would give this company a miss pay the extra £2 and get it from boots atleast you’ll know it’s genuine.”

“I ordered some items for my hair kit and paid for next-day delivery. While the price of the items was good, the reason I ordered from here was that they offered next-day delivery and had good reviews. This was important because I had a mobile hair job 2 days after placing the order, so I needed the items for that. The items didn't arrive the next day. They didn't arrive 2 days after. In fact, the tracking info told me that they hadn't even reached the courier yet on day 2. I eventually received the items 4 days later. Not only did this mean I had to spend more time shopping for other items for my kit, but I also had to spend more money on them. With no number to call customer services on, I sent a WhatsApp to complain. This was, of course, handled by bots. I was offered something highly insufficient as compensation, so I escalated my complaint via email. This wasn't picked up until I had to send a follow-up email 7 days later, at which point I was responded to by yet another AI agent. Eventually, I got a response from a human who didn't apologise and asked me to explain my complaint again. This was the fourth time I had to repeat what had happened. So tedious. The one star above represents the products that I eventually received, which are by a brand I love. But that's more to do with the brand than who I bought them from! I will never order from this company again. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Don't offer next-day delivery if you can't fulfil this. And sort out your customer service process. It's awful!”
