“Unfortunately I was sent the wrong mousse I ordered Natural Volume & was sent Extra Volume instead. I have tried this before & it did not suit my hair. I decided not to return as it wasnt till I went to use it that I noticed. I never normally have any issues with Just my look.”

“The goods are OK and relatively well priced. They do eventually arrive but certainly not the next day (or 48 hours) - myself and a friend have both had the same experience regarding delivery. They make a real point about their tracking service on site but after the order they did not provide any tracking info but do tell you the item is dispatched. This left us simply waiting in and wondering when the items would arrive? My order took 3 days and my friends order took 4 days. Personally I received the tracking information after I got in touch and asked for it. Seems a shame that this takes out the enthusiasm for ordering more from Justmylook. Maybe we will, maybe we won't?”

“I've been buying Tigi products from this website for many years and have passed it onto family and friends. After my latest order I found Tigi products in Waitrose for half the price of this website. Its good if you need a specific product but prices have increased a lot”

“Wring item was sent with my order, constantly tried phoning customer service and in the end gave up and had to send email. Did get the right item eventually after sending image of wrong item then having to rewrap and take to post office, have a busy work schedule so could of done without having to do all this. I know mistakes can happen but unable to get through to customer services is a joke. Doubtful if I'll shop her again”

“I ordered my items as you were offering a free gift, I never received the gift and when I asked why,was told it was nice longer available which I feel is not acceptable. The item's I bought are not cheap and feel something else could have been sent. Been given a discount voucher which I probably won't use”
