“Only sent out 1 item. Payed for 2. No refund. Will never use this company again.. Absalute scammers. Reading reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to. Loads of reviews where people are not receiving there full order and won't refund”

“Ordered, and paid for next day delivery for Boss Eau de toilette gift set. Company wrongly sent our Parfum gift set. Item returned. Refund for the item processed but not the postage which I think should be as it was their error.”

“They use an AI bot to answer customer service related enquiries and then when you get a human answering because the AI bot is not fit for purpose then the human hasn’t got a clue. 10 times I unsubscribed to the emails and if anything the frequency of spam emails has increased teased ten fold so poor customer service.”

“The aftershave seems very week compared to the ones I already own and can't be to do with old stock or re formulation has one was released this year spent over 80 and still was charged for delivery absolutely shocking customer service”

“This site was recommended by my local hair salon so i thought i would try out for myself. Reasonably priced and very quick delivery. Kept me updated whist awaiting delivery. I ordered 20 in 1 leave in conditioner love this product helps my hair with frizziness and smell lovely also bought hairspray helped my hair stay in place only downside was a bit stiff when dry but not a problwm has it brushes out very easily. Will definately be buying again.”
