“This item was purchased as a birthday gift for a friend. My item arrived damaged with the cellophane missing from the box and no care labels on product. this item looked like it had already been used. I have been contacting JustMyLook for the past week with minimal response from their end and when they do respond you’re waiting days for the next response. Not good enough and now I’m £150 down and stuck with an item that cannot be gifted due to it looking second hand.”
