“I purchased christmas gifts, hadn't used this site before so was a little concerned they would be delivered in time. I need not have worried, they arrived carefully packaged and with days to spare! “Late delivery..the order was deliveried after one week of purchase so can't use them for my needs...now i need to pay to return the items although i contacted customer service mentioned about the late delivery and tell them not to send if it didn't come before the day that i need but they still sent them out”

“Received my order only to find the wrong items had been sent, these items were considerably cheaper than what I had paid for. Responded to via the online portal, it took three emails to finally receive any form of reply. I am still waiting on a resolution weeks later. In this day and age when communication is a the touch of a button really poor customer service. Will not be buying from this company again.”

“The products are good and arrived well. The logistics was delayed and not tracable for a few days. Was promised quick delivery but i came a week later. Other than that the price was unbeatable ! I will advice anyone to check this site for a price match before buying from elsewhere.”
