“Item arrived with no lid so the shampoo was everywhere and could not be given as a Christmas present as planned. Contacted customer services and provided pictures and they are investigating this. Just waiting to her back regarding resolution. Having said the above my partner loves this shampoo and conditioner”

“I bought a hair trimmer for my husband for Christmas I didn't know the difference between a hair trimmer or a hair clippers it wasn't til he opened it that we realised that I had got the wrong one. I was told that I wasn't going to get an exchange or refund as it was opened this item was 175 euros a very expensive useless item I'm extremely disappointed with this site”
