The goods are OK and relatively well priced. They do eventually arrive but certainly not the next day (or 48 hours) - myself and a friend have both had the same experience regarding delivery. They make a real point about their tracking service on site but after the order they did not provide any tracking info but do tell you the item is dispatched. This left us simply waiting in and wondering when the items would arrive? My order took 3 days and my friends order took 4 days. Personally I received the tracking information after I got in touch and asked for it. Seems a shame that this takes out the enthusiasm for ordering more from Justmylook. Maybe we will, maybe we won't?
