“I ordered for the first time on their website because i found a great deal for a luxury perfume as a gift, however shipping took 9 days, (delivery timeframe was just 2-3 days) and i was crazy worried about whether my parcel went lost or i was scammed. I reached out to them every day but I NEVER got a single reply from their customer “care” team. I eventually gave up and did their job of contacting the courier (Royal Mail), where I was on hold for 20 mins, but glad I got to speak with their team who acknowledged that it got lost in track & took note of it so the next day I got my parcel. 2 stars because my order is well packaged and despatched right away. Kudos to the packing / warehouse / fulfillment team. Customer care team, not so much.”

“Order never arrived. Tracking stated it was at customs for three weeks. No matter how many times I asked for assistance, just my look refused to help me. Would not cancel order, send me another or give me a refund. It’s theft pure snd simple. A shameful way to treat a loyal customer”

“I ordered two aftershave returned them for a refund they declined my refund and sent my item back to me, I sent them an email advising that they have not been opened or used and they were still in there orginal packaging I never had a response back from from they were ignoring my emails not happy as this was my first order with just my look very disappointed”
