I ordered 5 nomination charms and they arrived the next day. 17th Nov. Unfortunately they send one wrong charm. I had to return it pre paid. I contacted them again 25th November due to post they hadn't received it. Now 6th December and I am still waiting for the charm they said was posted by express post on 25th November. I know the company can't be responsible for post but amazing how quickly the first order came.

Ordered bracelet and two charms. No charms No paperwork. Sent bracelet and package back as received. Told can't refund price of two charms as apparently need to sort with Royal Mail. Joke. Told this takes a long time. Convenient.

Not impressed as a new customer I was “rewarded” with introductory %15 off first order but at the checkout it wouldn’t recognise the discount code. I enquired on the online portal but no reply! Scam really then!

Ordered a charm for a present for my wife. I ordered the charm with 6 days for it to arrive, but I wasn’t told till I had paid for the charm that it was out of stock and awaiting more stock. The item arrived 1 week later than I needed it for. I also had paid for 1 day delivery so I would receive it in time for when it was needed. Pointless present when it is a week late. Wasn’t happy with the service I received from Joshua James when I emailed them about it, jade was not very sympathetic about my situation. Would she be happy getting her present a week late probably not.

The item was ordered on 12 October as a gift from my son, they took the money immediately and the item is still out of stock. even after two emails without any acknowledgement I eventually had to send another email to request a refund. I am not happy with the service I have received and won't be using Joshua James again.

Not helpful customer service! I purchased 2 charms then within the next few days there was a offer on to get a free bracelet when you buy 2 charms, I reached out to customer service and they said to send the charms back and repurchase, yet the charms I wanted was no longer in stock.

Parcel was lost by Royal Mail due to address formatting incorrectly on Joshua James website. Didn’t offer any help to resolve the situation and Royal Mail will not offer a claim due to the postage service used not being covered

Ordered earrings to be sent in a hurry as guest was flying to Germany and needed them before leaving. Paid extra for DPD service and whilst we were at home the entirety of the two days they "attempted" delivery, we were left a not that the goods were held in another town and when we rang that DPD office, never an answer. Earrings finally arrived and now we've had to pay to post them onward to Germany. We called Joshua James customer service as was told it was out of their hands. JJ, suggestion for you: choose a reliable delivery service if you want satisfied customers

Didn’t receive my order yes due to my own fault not adding apart in the address but yes the company should of emailed and raised the error with me before dispatching the order now over £60 out of pocket

I usually order all charms and bracelets from Joshua James when needed for gifts but after waiting over 14 days before they will do anything for £70 worth of an order that has gone missing I won't be again!
