Incorrect price information mentioning 15% discount until you get to pay and NO discount Promised an item displayed on the website which we ordered (a coloured rainbow) only to receive 3 lines not in colour whoever saw a black and white rainbow?

Hello Keith, Thank you for your review. As previously stated to you, we do not engrave in colour and it does not state anywhere on our website that we engrave in colour. You added an emoji to your requested engraving and our engraver tried really hard to get this on your charm for you. Unfortunately we cannot offer discount on Nomination items due to Nominations terms and conditions. This is stated in your new customer email and also on our website. Kind regards, The JJ team x

We ordered a bracelet but they delivered a necklace. We feel very ashamed why we made order from this website.

The watch was a good price and arrived fine. It’s a nice watch. All good until, within a few months, it developed some condensation under the glass. It’s a water resistant watch supposedly, and never been mistreated. Sometimes things go wrong, that’s ok, but when I emailed Joshua James they said I should go directly to the manufacturer Nordgreen. This sounded wrong but I eventually got round to doing it, and they said to go back to the retailer. I’ve emailed Joshua James again and waiting to hear back. If they sort it out I’ll update the review and raise the rating but so far I’m unimpressed.

Paid extra for next day delivery on the 15th December and arrived the 29th. No options for return, and doesn’t recognise me as an account holder. Just a waste of £37.

I didn't receive the jewellery I send an email and emails regarding this matter and no one will help me apparently I have to wait till 13th January but I will bet you I will have to email them again because they will not contact me. It was for a Christmas present and I told them this but they just did care. Very disgusting customer service I will never use there service again. People don't buy from them.

I ordered a man's nomination bracelet took two weeks to arrive I think would be better sent out not using royal mail I tried for a week to call about my order there was no answer at all poor customer service

I have never received the item, tried to call got an automated message regarding issues with Royal mail and despite it being over 14 working days, I was cut off with no option to leave a message or speak with anyone. Tried to call a few times, I will try another method.
