“Items purchased were exactly as advertised, beautiful and exactly what I expected. The postage and packaging however surprised me, as it wasn’t a secure as I would have hoped.”

“I normally use this website to order Nomination charms for my grandchildren and I’m mostly satisfied with the service. However, my latest purchase was very disappointing in that although I ordered 2 charms (for 2 children), I only received 1 tiny gift box which was wholly inadequate so I've had to present the charms to my grandchildren without wrapping. Would now consider shopping around for next purchase.”

“I was pleased with the prompt delivery but I was expecting a nomination charm gift bag as advertised. Disappointed as it is a gift for someone and the finishing touches going a long way.”

“Ordered 6 nomination charms. Easy to order online. Arrived promptly. A little disappointed with the wrapping provided for the charms. Felt it could have been better for these items. Had been much nicer in previous years and from other providers with a proper box, tissue and small carrier bag. This year just a flat box.”

“unfortunately they did give me the wrong order but Kyle was on top of it and notified me but due to time I could not get a replacement but kept the wrong item which turned out to be great as it was a gift and they loved it. thanks Kyle.”

“Ordered a nomination bracelet which arrived very quickly however within a day of wearing it the bracelet broke, decided to take it back to the shop as we were quite close to be told they couldn’t process the refund on the Saturday as the person who usually does it wasn’t there but the lady promised me it would be done on Monday, I was dubious after reading other reviews however I am pleased to say that the refund was done as promised.”
