“Beautiful charms, quick and efficient delivery, however I was disappointed with the packaging - 2 nomination charms in a tiny plastic bag stapled to the paperwork! Would have preferred the small nomination envelope-type package as they were bought to give as a birthday gift.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your message. I am glad to hear that you were happy with your purchases and the efficient delivery. I am however sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the packaging. I would advise that we staple the charms to the invoice in a little plastic bag, so that the charms aren't loose within the envelope. If the parcel happened to be damaged in transit, the charms are securely placed in a little bag. We do provide little Nomination charm boxes and Nomination tissue paper for putting together when the parcel arrives. I apologise again for any disappointment caused by this. “Would have been very good but I received no holders for the 5 charms I bought. I was informed nomination hadent sent any. I had to go and purchase 5 boxes myself.”

“Chlobo bracelet ordered and arrived quickly. It was on offer and was £12 more expensive on other internet sites. No box with it, although it was promised it will follow. It is a gift so I hope the box does eventually arrive. Pleased with the bracelet.”

“Satisfied with the charms but the items were ordered on 29/12/2019 and did not arrive until 06/01/2020- longer than 4 days.”

“Items were as described. delivery was quick and nice that a small gift box was included. Customer service was less than helpful the first time round but clarified the second time of writing. All in all I will buy again.”

Good Afternoon Rose, Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with how your items arrived. The reason the charms are put in a little plastic bad and stapled to the invoice, is so that there isn't a risk of it going missing, or moving about in the packaging. Normally, we enclose tissue paper and a little charm box for every charm ordered. Therefore, if you didn't receive any - There must have been an error at packing and I apologise for that. “A good selection of items and prices. Would have given 5 stars but for the delivery. No tracking available and site says royal mail 48 hrs service. Delivery took 5 working days. This needs improvement.”

“Very good products and price however when I ordered 2 charms for a nomination bracelet for different people they arrived attached together. Had to take them to a jewellery shop to separate. Maybe look at keeping the charms separated.”
