“Items easy to order and arrived quickly via royal mail. However I wasn't happy that klarna credit did a credit check on me and my rating has now decreased. I paid by debit card in full but bank statement shows klarna credit not joshua james. I messaged joshua james and they just said they shouldn't have run a check if I paid in full (end of). Beware as this can have a negative effect on your credit score. Mine's still excellent but that's not the point you don't purchase items on debit card normally and have a credit check.”

“Received but was very small size I got it in a size I though would first my daughter as it says women's but make sure u check sizes before buying my own fault like ahhaha but lovely bracelets”

“Always quick delivery. Only thing I was disappointed with was the little gift envelopes that come with the nomination charms had “ happy holidays” on them when a couple of the charms were birthday gifts”

“There was a little wait as the item I had ordered was out of stock, even though it showed as in stock when I ordered. However I had a very quick response when I queried it and I was kept informed. The earrings I ordered were really nice and good value.”
