Never received my jewellery, today marks 3 weeks since I ordered. Was supposed to be for a 60th, I appreciate things take time, but 3 weeks??

I ordered a piece of Hepworth nearly a month ago and I still not have received it!! The money has been taken out of my bank and still no delivery! I have tried to message them but no reply!

Terrible. I ordered for a Sunday DPD express next day delivery which was around £8. The following Wednesday it still not arrived. They said I had to order by Friday for Sunday delivery - that’s not next day ? Eventually after just over a week it was delivered. Would never use them again, of course they blamed the delivery company

Very disappointed with the service, was left waiting 2 WEEKS for a confirmation email for the order. Had to take time out of my day to ring to then be told the item was actually out of stock when I placed the order! Was not told this when placing the order and no warning on the product to say it was out of stock. A simple email from the company would of been greatly appreciated to explain the situation!!

Do not buy from this company!!!! It came badly packaged and then my item was completely rusty and they didn’t offer any kind of refund or apologise DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY go directly to the store you can get the item from

As stated on our website, all of our rings are bespoke and handmade to order and these take around 3 weeks to arrive with us. I recently brought a Nomination bracelet from here, it’s already scratched, marked and the charm is chipped. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

A little disappointed in this ring, I have bought lots of Diamonfire before but this ring was flimsy and not as special as others bought so returned!! Horrendous for returning to buy from this retailer as you’ve got to pay your own costs too!! Overall very disappointed ☹️

Ordered a nomination bracelet band charm for Christmas on 17th December. Envelope arrived on 22nd December minus bracelet. Tried phoning but shop closed on a Wednesday, discussed via email, photos sent showing delivery and was advised on 23rd that a new bracelet would be sent. Now on the 9th January and still not arrived. Have contacted a number of times requesting can delivery be tracked to be told it’s been sent Royal Mail and to allow 14 working days before a claim to be logged. Really disappointed with after service received, currently out of pocket financially as had to go and buy another gift on Christmas Eve. I will not use this company again and wouldn’t recommend

I ordered a nomination bracelet for my partner for Xmas ,wrong size was sent (ordered 20cm and got 13cm instead) totally spoiled the gift ,will not be using again .

I’ve been a customer of yours for a year now and bought plenty from you. I purchase a personalised charm Boxing Day this year and was told it would take 3-5days to be dispatched. I then contacted customer services again as the item was still saying waiting for dispatched, to be told the charm still hadn’t be personalised and that the charm won’t be dispatched until the end of next week! Not only am I understanding of the busy period and bank holidays. Not once was i informed of this, I had to chase. This charm as you’ll see is for a big birthday, that has now passed a week ago !

Ordered earrings for my daughter on 22nd November, paid extra for express delivery, card payment taken from my bank immediately but, the goods never arrived. Had problems contacting this company but, when I eventually got through they said that they would dispatch them via courier immediately. That was on 13th December, it is now 22nd December and they have still not arrived. Cannot now get in touch with them to ask them to cancel the order and refund my card payment.
