“Tried ringing for refund, no answer. Shocking customer service, wont be recommending and won’t be using ever again.”

“Ordered 7 items and packer split my order and no explanation has yet been given why that was done. Missing 5 items worth £105. Many many attempts via site and my sister finally managed via messenger and they were insistant that full order was delivered. Had to send photos to prove not the case and I have had 2 different stories as to how they were posted via royal mail. Royal mail have no issues as have had all of 6 other deliveries with no problems from other online companies.”

“Delivery was far too slow, ordered a charm from a different site 2 days after and it has arrived, no sign of the one from here. 9 days and counting is excessive. Emailed and Covid-19 was blamed, there is no issue with the postal service apart from a possible 1 day delay.”

“I haven’t received my order yet. I tried the “contact us” form twice on different days but it wouldn’t submit, I tried telephoning, I followed the advice on there and emailed. Then it came up on my Facebook page and I privately messaged and asked would they have a look at the email I had sent and any help would have been greatly appreciated. I had a message back within a few minutes and other than my name it’s an email that is sent to everyone as what I had asked wasn’t answered. I just wanted someone to read my email and help or advise me. My last purchase I rated with 5 stars. I know these are very difficult times but I just wanted to be able to have some help. I really don’t like leaving this review, I’m only doing it with the hope of someone answering.”

“Ordered for a friends Birthday. Joshua James claim they dispatched my order on the 14th of April with Royal Mail and still nothing has been delivered by the 22 April. They don't give you a tracking number and there isn't anyone to contact only an email that takes two working days for a reply! I've ordered and recieved items from other sites delivered through Royal Mail since placing an order with you. What going on? Safe to say I've missed my friends 30th Birthday!”
