My item never arrived and I've tried every method of contacting to ask why and nobody will reply but to my email or answer the phone.

This is the worst website i have ever ordered from i will never be using Joshua James again !! 2 weeks i have been waiting for a charm that is still not in stock!!!! Absolutly furious as this was suppise to be a gift for my mother.

Won’t order from here again. Ordered a gift on the 2nd of December for my friends birthday. Got free 48 hour delivery due to spending over a certain amount. It has now been 10 days since i ordered this gift and it has still not arrived. Contacted Joshua James Jewellery online to be told this free delivery is not tracked and to wait for the gift to arrive. Friends birthday was 4 days ago so she has not received her present from me.

Cant beleave iv still nt got my nomination charms!!!! Its not even a 1 off is it Joshua James coz look at all these reviews on ere they say it all!!!! U must be making some money with all the interest in keeping ppls money 😡 can't afford to buy any more elsewhere now so I better get my parcel or give me money back plus compo.

Can't wait to see my daughters face Christmas morning when she DOESN'T GET HER GIFT. They don't keep you updated, paid for next day delivery but 3 weeks on I've heard NOTHING. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I am fuming to say the least.

Placed my order and a few days later had email saying it was out of stock and would be delivered shortly. I have had no further contact and they never answer the phone. I need the item for a Christmas gift but am now looking at purchasing from another vendor as I have no faith in this company. Purchase at your own risk

Terrible experience and now been 10 days since I ordered and now been told that I have to wait a further 5 days for my order when it was promised to be delivered 9 days ago. Never going to use them again

Ordered 25 Nov and told awaiting stock, yesterday was emailed by company saying item dispatched and also an email from DPD informing me that they would be delivering today. This morning received another email from DPD saying the would not now be delivering item and to contact supplier. No-one answering the telephone and on checking the tracking details at DPD found that the item had never been passed over to them. I can appreciate that problems arise but to not be able to speak to anyone leaves me very suspicious especially as a company called Joshua James went into administration in 2016.

If anyone else has not received items then get in touch with Nomination or Trollbeads etc and complain formally. They take care of their customers and this so called business is blackening good quality brands! Report them and the more complaints they get hopefully they will stop this company stocking their brand.

Ordered a bracelet dec 1st. Said dispatched dec 3rd. I emailed them dec 10th as it still hasn't arrived. Only to receive a e-mail back saying the bracelet is out of stock and should be in stick in 2 days. Not once did they let me know this!! my daughter's birthday had passed and I had no gift to give her as I waited for her bangle expecting it to come as they told me it was out for delivery!

PLEASE STAY AWAY!! Ordered 4th December. Next day delivery guaranteed, it is now the 11th & still no item says “awaiting stock” why have item on website if its not in stock?! Whats more frustrating is you dont reply to emails & your phone number just rings out. You have taken £121 from my account with nothing to show for it & I can’t get an answer from you for a refund. My next step will trade & standards as going by reviews I am not the only one. Quite obvious you are ripping people off!!

Got an email saying my purchase had been dispatched however two weeks after i ordered i still had not received my order. After then chasing it up myself - i got an email stating that my purchase was out of stock. A dispatched email should not be sent to a paying customer who is waiting (it still says dispatched on my orders status). i should have been told that my item was out of stock as i ordered it for a specific time.

Still awaiting on a double charm been 11 days now says its in stick taken my money for it but says on my email awaiting stock this is a xmas presant and im running out of time im really dissapointed i hope my refund wont take as long when i put in for it unhappy customer
