Still haven’t received three of the charms. They appear on the website as available but then you receive an email saying the items are on order. This has happened the last three orders I have placed. So a bit frustrating really .

AWFUL!!!!! Placed an order on Monday for my friends 40th present, accepted the order and paid. Paid extra for next day delivery as needed for Friday. Then received an email later on that evening saying items out of stock. Rang Tuesday and told items may arrive Wednesday. Rang Wednesday to be told items were in and being sent 24hr tracked delivery. Postman has been today and no parcel. Rang and they have refused to let me speak to a manager, the person who answered the phone has put the phone down on me and now they won’t answer the phone. Absolutely shocking, will never buy from them Again!

Paid extra for 24 hour delivery and the charm arrived 3 working days after I placed my order. Contacted Joshua James asking where my charm was and for a postage refund as they hadn't fulfilled what I had paid for. The response was this length of time for delivery was normal and no refund of postage was offered. This charm was bought as a birthday present for my daughters 21st birthday and arrived later on in the day of her actual birthday, totally disappointing. Will not buy from or recommended Joshua James to anyone.

I ordered a nomanation charms over a week ago with 60 on it for a birthday present I haven't received it yet and never heard any thing from you could you please look into this and let me know

Items on website said they were in stock, but after waiting over a week I rang the shop to ne told they weren't in stock. The woman on the phone was useless. These were a birthday gift for my partner, I ordered on the 27/10/18 I wrote this review on the 10/11/18 and I still do not have my order. Will not use these again shocking service.

Really rubbish service ordered a couple of charms with this website however they take your money, then send email saying the item is out of stock! No good when you need quickly for a gift. Not great and personally I’d avoid. Plenty of better sites with quicker service.

Delivery service is very slow placed an order over 5 days ago still waiting for parcel, which I thinks been misplaced, now I’m going to have to phone up for the second time around to sort it out. I bought this item for my daughters birthday, which isn’t going to be here on time now.

Made an order via website that showed item in stock on the 27th September. Ordered and paid for item. Then received email to say "Your item(s) will arrive from our supplier shortly and you will receive a dispatch email once the item(s) are back in stock and on the way to you. Your items will usually be dispatched within 3-5 days" Called today not going to be in stock until 10th October and then will need to be dispatched. This was for a birthday gift that was ordered in plenty of time will now not be available. On website should say out of stock as would not have ordered. Poor service will not be using again.

Ordered a gift for my partners birthday selected Royal Mail 24 delivery, expecting it to be delivered within 24 hours turns out 24 means between 24-48 hours. Misleading delivery claims

I have bought two Swarovski pens, two days after I haven’t received any email comcerning delivery at DHL. When I send a mail to query, I get no response. When I call the company, they said one of them is out of stock! How can you sel a product on your website when the product is out of stock!! After having charged me the money, they say out of stock. I was travelling to another country and couldn’t get same on time. The staffs lack Professionalism and visibility of their products. I always believed that on in China they usurp money, never knew in UK also. Thanks Mauritius

Be careful of this site, they took my money when they didn't have the items in stock, they even charged me for next day delivery and then told me after I'd paid that they were awaiting stock.

Would give 0 if i could. Ordered 2 charms, received email days later saying they were not in stock and would be dispatched in 3-5 days. 10 days later still nothing. Customer service said would be in stock wed and dispatched. Still no stock Thursday so 2 weeks later i cancelled and got refund. Terrible

Ordered a bracelet and charm as a gift for someone on 1st August and still haven’t received either of them after being told it would only take 3/4 working days- it’s now been 8... (they also weren’t cheap). Won’t be shopping here again.

Wrong item was sent, which also arrive late, and then the returns policy is one that only works for the company rather that the customer. No desire for the company to make up for its mistake.
