I am still waiting for my order ! Very disappointed. Order placed on the 3.12.18 still nothing by the 11.12.18. Payed for royal mail 24, hoping it would arrive quickly!

Ordered 3 Nomination links on 30th Nov-all said in stock usually dispatched within 24 hours-no sign of them. When I logged in the order status is showing as “awaiting stock” despite all 3 items still showing as in stock and dispatched within 24 hours on the website. One of the occasions that I intended gifting the links for has passed%the other is fast approaching. Very disappointed

Misleading claims on website relating to stock. Upon purchase the items I wanted stated they were in stock and if I spent over a certain amount I would qualify for next day delivery and a freebie. Multiple emails saying they are waiting for stock yet online it still says in stock. If I had known it would take this long I would have gone to a proper nomination shop. They still have my money and I've still not received items. If their customer service miraculously improves in the next 24 hours then hopefully this review will be a more positive one tomorrow. Stay clear. They clearly aren't aware of consumer rights.

I ordered Swarovski bracelet and never received the item. I am currently in touch with the customer service but the delay is already over 3 weeks. They dont send with tracking number so you are unable to locate your parcel and they make you wait 3 weeks to proceed due to their delivery policy. I was also asked to go and check with my post office where they told me they cannot check anything for me without a tracking number and sent me to their main storage rooms which is 40 mins away. It is one of the most disappointing experience I ever had in online shopping as the customer service doesnt seem to care enough to help.

Placed an order which was processed and payment taken. Got an email a few days later to say they were awaiting stock. No indication of when stock would be arriving. Find it shocking they would allow an order to go through and take payment for something they don't actually have! 2 weeks had passed and still no sign of my order or even an update. Sent an email to customer services who said they were "expecting" stock within 5 working days and my order "should" be delivered in 2-3 days. This time frame (at least 3 weeks after order date) did not suit me so I decided to call customer services to cancel order...no answer!! Will not use Joshua James again.

Terrible service. Made my order received e-Mail saying parcel was on its way, still haven’t received it so sent a message online to be told the item is not in stock and won’t get it until it is in stock. Absolutely shocking

Just recieved an email to write a review about my shopping experience with Joshua James! Well I’d love to, but seen as I’m still waiting for my parcel to arrive it’s not going to be a good one!

Ordered two items; a Troll bead and a Swarovski double bangle. Received the items a few days later only to find out I was sent the single bangle for the price of the double. No explanation letter, no offer of a refund for the difference. They ran out of stock but let me order anyway. Very poor ordering customer service; sorry to say I’m NOT purchasing from them anymore.

I placed my order on 22nd November and although I never received a dispatch message they say it was sent on that day. I’m still waiting for it. Very poor as I ordered in plenty of time for a Christmas. They say I have to wait until 12th December before they’ll follow it up. The same thing happened to my sister last year won’t be using them again.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have used them twice before and no issues, plus both times 5**, but things seem to have changed. I don't know why they have a telephone number as no one answers it and it auto cuts off after 3 minutes. I am still waiting to hear if my order will be here in 2-3 days, plus confirmation of error in order in their system. A simple phone call or proper e-mail from a person, rather than an automated system would save them and their customers time, rant over, but will not be using again and will be going to LinkedIn and Facebook, Twitter to slate the awful service. They seem to forget online retailers need to offer service as well!!!

Not received any of jewellery ordered. Said items were in stock and it would be next day delivery but nope apparently out of stock. Steer clear. No idea what is happening because I'm over £100 out of pocket and no goods. DO NOT USE

Never received order never replied to my emails or phone calls had to cancel order in the end and get money back WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company only put 1 star because I could not put none. Appalling customer service

We found what we wanted, proceeded to checkout and pay but the discount code isn't valid? Disappointed and will buy this elsewhere......Don't like misleading tactics used to draw customers in and then nothing, not even a miserable 10% shame on you!

3 times I have ordered from Joshua James. Items stated in stock on website and on every ocassion after I have submitted payment I have received an email saying items are out of stock and awaiting delivery from supplier! Completely unacceptable as all items were gifts and have been late!!

Didnt receive my items that were ordered for a birthday present . And been told they were sent out by royal mail which is not the case as ive recieved other post and no sign of my order . Very dissapointed

I'm disabled expected to run around when you messed up my order spoken down to by customer services and then apparently a manger who was very rude and I felt very discriminated as I am unable to leave my home and I'm expected to find somewhere to take this unwanted items back as they were not what I ordered and your company is unwilling to come and collect it I am very very disappointed and disgusted
