More than a week after ordering (& paying extra for faster delivery) I have yet to receive my order. Company policy is that I have to wait 14 working days to start a refund claim. Meanwhile I’m out of pocket for a gift and speedier delivery. I will not be using this company again.

Order came a week late and I wasn’t even told that it was going to be late, wish I’d of read the bad reviews before I bought from here

Placed my order on the 25 th september over a week later still not received them very disappointed as i clicked 48 hour and was told that it was free standard 2 to 4 working days so annoyed as it was for a special 30 th birthday what has already gone .

Placed an order for three items, all showing in stock. An hour later, received an email saying awaiting stock. Two weeks later and still no charms received. When chased, customer service we're unwilling to upgrade standard delivery to next day delivery for the two items they had in stock. Have reported for misleading customers, will not use again.

The order process is fine. Regrettably, frustratingly and very disappointingly , not for the first time, the bead that arrived was NOTHING like the picture on the web site!! Also my wife was concerned that the bead had no markings/numbers on the inner metal sleeve which we were told by a local jeweller years ago that all Trollbeads should have! I am returning the bead for a full refund, although I am having to incur the cost of postage for a item I would never had purchased had the picture on the web page been accurate. I will not be using Joshua James again.

I ordered a Nomination charm, which was faulty. I was sent a replacement, however, it too, was faulty once again. I wouldn't have ordered through Joshua James if I knew I'd be continuously sent faulty products.

Ordered 2 nomination charms on the 14th sept website showed they were in stock payed for next day delivery it’s now the 23rd sept items are showing in stock on website but have been informed they are waiting for stock not very happy

Ordered my nomination I wanted 13th September, it’s now the 22nd of September and I’m still waiting for it to be ‘restocked’ paid money so not very happy,

Still waiting for the charms I ordered I’ve been told I have to wait 14 working days from despatch date before they will even look into why I’ve not received them! Very poor customer service won’t be ordering again

Placed an order for 4 items that were all showing in stock. One week later I was informed one of the items was out of stock but would be back in stock within 2-3 days. I then received an email to say the order had been dispatched so I queried this and was told its a mistake my order hasnt been dispatched and that now 2 of the items are out of stock. If I hadnt queried it they wouldnt have told me. Checked the website and it shows both the items are in stock however Joshua James said its a stock error....Its a scam to get get you to order. Dont use this company go elsewhere.

Still haven’t received the charm yet. Very disappointing. Will definitely have to think twice about using Joshua James again

Do not believe the "in stock" description. I ordered a nomination bracelet and additional charms, both of which were described as in stock with a 24 hour delivery. Only the charms arrived when they should have. I subsequently had an email to say that the bracelet was out of stock and should be dispatched within 3-5 days. I was unable to contact the company by phone - constantly engaged, so emailed them. I've now had a response saying that the bracelet will "probably" be in stock in 3-5 days, and then dispatched. This will be a 10 day delivery, if it happens, and the web page is still showing this item as in stock, so presumably more people are tricked into buying. I have asked for my money back.

Second time have been let down ordering from the company for an item clearly stated “In Stock” ordered Express Delivery for time specific occasion of Nomination charm “Birthday”. Payment taken and 3 hours later email stating item “Not In Stock” requested refund prior to stock and despatch. Will not use company ever again.

Unfortunately I have not received my Nomination charm after a week +paid for faster delivery.Have bought from Joshua James for many years and have never had any issues.I have been in contact with them but must wait 14 days to raise it with Royal Mail.Very disappointed with customer service.

I haven't received my item - it was £152 so I am not incredibly concerned considering I have now read all the other terrible reviews. It's been almost two weeks and no contact. I have rung them and was given a dispatch date - it didn't happen. Now they are not answering their phone.

Absolutely disgraceful company and I will never order again. False advertising on your website! I will be taking the concern up with my local ombudsmen.

Ordered item a nomination charm, never said it was out of stock, I've emailed the company and had no communication back. If I knew the item wasnt in stock I would of ordered else where! Not even an email to say item out of stock, cant even amend item for money back.. I dont have much money and it's my friends birthday on monday.. I cant even replace the gift. Wont be ordering again from Joshua james in future

Tells you that items are In stock but then once you have paid for the item they tell you that they are awaiting stock before they can dispatch your item so dont trust the estimated delivery date you will be made to wait longer, better off ordering from a more trusted seller!
