Earrings not in box and refused money back! Told they were stuck to envelope!!! Not happy and no where is this stated on packaging or website! Will be looking into this further. Zero empathy from customer services thanks very much- terrible

Item shown was misleading so on arrival I contacted customer service and found their response to be Sharpe unhelpful and verging on rude. I had to pay nearly £8 to return the item and this returns postage has not been refunded. The item was earrings and the images shown clearly shows two earrings yet it is a single earring and for it's style this is not what you'd expect. Customer service was very unhelpful and I've now been left out of pocket.

I had a terrible experience with this company, ordered a nomination bracelet which is 2 links shorter than anywhere else when u order with Joshua james! Jade who dealt with me was the most unhelpful customer service person I have ever dealt with! Not one bit of advice on returning my item, just telling me the customer to state to her where on the website it told me how many links there would be! Awful service! Would not recommend or ever use on again and all down to the diabolical customer service recieved when I emailed to ask about the bracelet I ordered. Still waiting on my refund

Item ordered and not recieved. Phone lines cutting off, email says to wait longer on 2 occasions untill i got PayPal involved then all of a sudden they said it had been delivered which it hadn't. Still waiting for response

Your claims of 15% discounts on initial orders need to be clearer and crisper when brand exceptions apply. People need to know these before they engage with your online shopping platform Never made it to checkout and never will!

I was really disappointed to receive the wrong charm. It wasn’t the right colour, size or price. The only thing that was right was the word family was on it. They were good at responding to my email but I struggled to access the returns form but I finally did and it’s been returned. I’m still waiting for my original charm to arrive and it’s for a birthday in a couple of days. It has been posted but with strikes it seems to have been delayed. If the correct item had been picked this wouldn’t be an issue. There’s been no offer of reimbursement of delivery charges either.

I ordered 5 nomination charms and they arrived the next day. 17th Nov. Unfortunately they send one wrong charm. I had to return it pre paid. I contacted them again 25th November due to post they hadn't received it. Now 6th December and I am still waiting for the charm they said was posted by express post on 25th November. I know the company can't be responsible for post but amazing how quickly the first order came.

Ordered bracelet and two charms. No charms No paperwork. Sent bracelet and package back as received. Told can't refund price of two charms as apparently need to sort with Royal Mail. Joke. Told this takes a long time. Convenient.
