“Jewellery set arrived quickly. Unfortunately the clasp on the bracelet was broken. I emailed the company and they got back to me really quickly to say they would post me out the whole set again and I could keep the necklace & earrings from the orginal set. Arrived within days. What great service. I love Jon Richards jewellery & have numerous pieces. Would highly recommended them”
