“Whilst I was very pleased with the actual earrings I was disappointed with the delivery. I emailed customer services several times regarding when they would be here as they were needed for a specific time. I did not receive any response from them apart from my first enquiry which stated I would be informed when they would arrive.The item took 9 days to eventually arrive, the day after I stated I wanted a refund.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered these earrings specifically as a gift, based on the photographs and description on the website. Delivery was supposed to take around three days, but instead I waited more than eight days. By the time they finally arrived, the gift was no longer relevant. Unfortunately, the earrings themselves were another disappointment. In my opinion, they looked like very cheap mass-produced jewellery and were noticeably different from what I expected based on the photographs shown on the website. They certainly did not look or feel like the product I believed I was purchasing. Customer service made the whole experience even worse. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and I only received a meaningful response after I made it very clear that I was prepared to escalate the matter. In the end, I returned the earrings. Late delivery, a product that did not match my expectations or the website presentation, and extremely poor communication from customer service. Overall, a very disappointing experience and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.”

“This set was stunning and I was so happy when I recieved it however I have only worn it on 3 occasions and the gold colour has worn off the bracelet. I wasn’t in water or had any perfume/cosmetics on it. So disappointed as I had many other items I was interested in but I’ll not bother now”
