“It would have been helpful to be informed that one of the items was canceled before the order was processed. I wasn’t given the option to choose a replacement or cancel the entire order, which would have been appreciated. It’s disappointing to only find out after receiving the order that an item was removed. Providing customers with the choice to approve substitutions or cancel the full order in such situations would be a much more considerate approach.”

“Beautiful jewellery, it was better than I expected it came in a lovely box just like on the photo. Really well packaged and came before the delivery date. Wouldn't listen to the negative reviews as everything was perfect. Can't wait to give it to my bridesmaid to wear on our wedding day. The bracelet is adjustable so will fit any size.”
