“Absolutely horrible experience. Please steer clear and just go buy from a proper brand who knows how to do business. Just don’t buy from them if you value your money, time and peace of mind. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. They are arrogant, refuse to correct a mistake their brand did and gaslight you for raising the issue and asking for resolution too. Just stay the hell away.”

“I've always liked Jon Richard jewellery. The styles are lovely, well made, last well and are not prone to tarnishing. The pieces always look more expensive than they are and are great value for money. Ordering online was easy and the items arrived quickly and were well packaged.”

“don't bother always some qaulity issue 1st time the jewellery had some odd scratches they only refund me 10% saying hygiene issue I bought the some for a gift 2nd time I bought more stuff as gifts but in one of the sets a back stopper is missing also I have to give as gift embarrassing I won't order again”

“I ordered a jewellery 3 piece set for my wedding. I tried on the bangle and it broke in half. I didn't find customer services particularly helpful. I have returned the set and am waiting for my refund.”
