“This products metal and colour looked very cheap quality. This was full price for 40 pounds and then I purchased this for half price. But even for the half price it looked even cheaper. This looks more or less like the cheap ones I buy from Louisa. THe other main issue was when I wanted to send this back the the royal mail retunf for the Jon Richard was not working. I contacted the customer service team and the response came very prompt. But was no help. He simple said to keep trying!! Atlast I was very disappointed as despite trying from multiple devices it was not working. Then I paid 5 pounds and posted this back to the address given by the customer service team. I am really hoping the refund is issued asap”
