Bracelet arrived with stone missing. I returned this and requested an update , Customer Services sent a very blunt email which did not include the requested update. No bracelet , no replacement and no refund

I received two items necklace and earrings. Delivery was prompt and matching jewellery was lovely. The reason for only 2 stars is the earrings sent are faulty. I’ve sent two emails to customer service explaining the fault but have had no communication back as to what I do to exchange for a new pair.

Considering I ordered a pair of earrings at £38:00online on the 2nd of June and still waiting on delivery not very helpful sending e mails numerously not great customer service.I won't be ordering anything online anymore.

Unfortunately the fascinator I received was of very poor quality, with part of it coming apart and glue residue elsewhere.

I placed an order for many pieces. They are all lovely but the dearest necklace was missing. I notified company. I sent copy of invoice. Not replied. It’s a gift and I bought earrings to match. I have emailed them several times. 😡😡

Lovely Jewellery but I had a terrible experienve trying to get A Toggle bracelet gift box that was broken Replaced. I spent over £200 in all for all my bridesmaids. They wanted evidrnce of the broken box and reference. To buy one was costing £4 plus £3 postage Why when it was faulty should I have to pay an extra £7. My last email was ignored.

Delivery was brilliant but the brooch wasn't. After great difficulty in trying to unattach the item from the box, the delicate fastening pin became bent, and despite straightening it, it continued to pop open and fall off my dress. I was disappointed as I wanted to wear this heart shaped brooch on Valentine's Day in tribute to my late husband., and when it fell to the ground on the day I felt lost. I appreciate that I could have returned it, but really didn't have the want to do so. I submitted this review for the company to look at the packaging and make it easier for those with less nimble fingers; and advise those who are purchasing the broach to take care when unpacking it.

Earrings arrived without a gift box. Made in Thailand on the card. Overpriced for quality of product. Won't bother again.

Purchased 2 pairs of Nice clip on earings but unfortunately the rubber piece at the back of both pairs fell off upon first wearing and I can’t manage to put it back on.
