The bracelet catch is very hard to undo and then extremely difficult to then do up on wrist, so im unable to wear it. Even my friend cant do it up on my wrist. Id like to return it if possible?

This products metal and colour looked very cheap quality. This was full price for 40 pounds and then I purchased this for half price. But even for the half price it looked even cheaper. This looks more or less like the cheap ones I buy from Louisa. THe other main issue was when I wanted to send this back the the royal mail retunf for the Jon Richard was not working. I contacted the customer service team and the response came very prompt. But was no help. He simple said to keep trying!! Atlast I was very disappointed as despite trying from multiple devices it was not working. Then I paid 5 pounds and posted this back to the address given by the customer service team. I am really hoping the refund is issued asap

Damaged. Small and not like the size in the image. I have returned them! They should have been collected, they didn’t turn up! Sent by post with your label.

My order arrive well packaged and most of which had arrived however one of the silver plated cross bracelets was missing even though both items were ticked. I have now emailed twice still waiting for reply. Not sure I will ever order or purchase from this company again

I ordered a jewellery 3 piece set for my wedding. I tried on the bangle and it broke in half. I didn't find customer services particularly helpful. I have returned the set and am waiting for my refund.

Very Disappointed with my order hence I returned it. I purchased what I thought was a set of turquoise stone jewellery however when it arrived the stone was some form of resin. Not yet had any acknowledgement of my return.

I have left multiple emails and messages regarding my recent order delivery of two Clover bracelets. The mother pearl bracelet came missing one of the stones. Frankly, I don’t know how it could’ve been packed that way without someone doing the quality control Check. But in any regard, no one has responded to rectify this.

It would have been helpful to be informed that one of the items was canceled before the order was processed. I wasn’t given the option to choose a replacement or cancel the entire order, which would have been appreciated. It’s disappointing to only find out after receiving the order that an item was removed. Providing customers with the choice to approve substitutions or cancel the full order in such situations would be a much more considerate approach.

Very small much smaller than the picture I was Very disappointed when you open up the top Earring I can’t even get them to shut on my Ears. I won’t wear them. I have ordered a few pairs now but these were no good.

Sadly not all of my order was received, the earrings were missing from my delivery and still waiting on replacement. Such a shame as the event I wanted earrings for has now been and gone, and no clarity as to when they will be delivered.

Disappointed with my purchases.The bracelet looked cheap,presented in a plastic bag.Tags on all 3 purchases have tickets on saying ' made in China' More suitable for a Christmas cracker.

Wrong item sent - wrong code on website i found out myself . I contacted customer services four times, no resolve just automated replies. I wanted necklace on picture on website I gave up and I requested refund last week and still waiting for monies

Bracelet arrived with stone missing. I returned this and requested an update , Customer Services sent a very blunt email which did not include the requested update. No bracelet , no replacement and no refund

I received two items necklace and earrings. Delivery was prompt and matching jewellery was lovely. The reason for only 2 stars is the earrings sent are faulty. I’ve sent two emails to customer service explaining the fault but have had no communication back as to what I do to exchange for a new pair.
