“Very small much smaller than the picture I was Very disappointed when you open up the top Earring I can’t even get them to shut on my Ears. I won’t wear them. I have ordered a few pairs now but these were no good.”

“Sadly not all of my order was received, the earrings were missing from my delivery and still waiting on replacement. Such a shame as the event I wanted earrings for has now been and gone, and no clarity as to when they will be delivered.”

“Disappointed with my purchases.The bracelet looked cheap,presented in a plastic bag.Tags on all 3 purchases have tickets on saying ' made in China' More suitable for a Christmas cracker.”

“Wrong item sent - wrong code on website i found out myself . I contacted customer services four times, no resolve just automated replies. I wanted necklace on picture on website I gave up and I requested refund last week and still waiting for monies”

“Bracelet arrived with stone missing. I returned this and requested an update , Customer Services sent a very blunt email which did not include the requested update. No bracelet , no replacement and no refund”

“I received two items necklace and earrings. Delivery was prompt and matching jewellery was lovely. The reason for only 2 stars is the earrings sent are faulty. I’ve sent two emails to customer service explaining the fault but have had no communication back as to what I do to exchange for a new pair.”

“Lovely Jewellery but I had a terrible experienve trying to get A Toggle bracelet gift box that was broken Replaced. I spent over £200 in all for all my bridesmaids. They wanted evidrnce of the broken box and reference. To buy one was costing £4 plus £3 postage Why when it was faulty should I have to pay an extra £7. My last email was ignored.”

“Delivery was brilliant but the brooch wasn't. After great difficulty in trying to unattach the item from the box, the delicate fastening pin became bent, and despite straightening it, it continued to pop open and fall off my dress. I was disappointed as I wanted to wear this heart shaped brooch on Valentine's Day in tribute to my late husband., and when it fell to the ground on the day I felt lost. I appreciate that I could have returned it, but really didn't have the want to do so. I submitted this review for the company to look at the packaging and make it easier for those with less nimble fingers; and advise those who are purchasing the broach to take care when unpacking it.”
