I bought a pearl set from Jon Richard, for my mother to give to my daughter in law for Christmas. Ordered on 9th December, email to say dispatched on 15th December but it hasn't arrived. Family embarrassed. No phone number to contact Jon Richard. Three emails sent and still no reply. No package tracking number.
Won't use them again.
