“Whilst I was very pleased with the actual earrings I was disappointed with the delivery. I emailed customer services several times regarding when they would be here as they were needed for a specific time. I did not receive any response from them apart from my first enquiry which stated I would be informed when they would arrive.The item took 9 days to eventually arrive, the day after I stated I wanted a refund.”

“Unfortunately my order was lost in transit and the alternative same bracelet I chose in different crystal wasn’t the same price so I couldn’t have. I’m still waiting for refund.”

“The jewellery set was in lovely package/ box it is very pretty. But one down side is the earrings paticularly have very sharp feel to them..so mug so that they catch/ cut you like getting a paper cut...whichbis very disappointing tbh! As the bracelet and necklace are very pretty but also have some sharp edges...but the earrings are very sharp/ rough to touch....this was a present for an 80 year old lady...so unfortunately I had to leave the earrings out...it was disappointing I understand they are very reasonably priced but sometimes as in this case it reflects the cheap price unfortunately...”

“I received these three items which I was pleased with but they were very poorly presented, no boxes just in a cellophane package. I wasn’t offered an option to purchase boxes at the time of ordering so presumed they would be adaquately presented in a box. I contacted them twice about this issue but still haven’t received a reply,a therefore I won’t be ordering again as I think after sales service should be a priority. Disappointed.”

“You have some lovely jewellery on you website, however the item i sent back looked bigger in the pictures. It is good that you have free postage but when i sent this set back i ended up paying £2.40 discount??? Really not sure what that is but i did not get my full £24.00 back??? It does just put a damper on using you in the future. I might shop with you again but i will be wary of what i now know.”

“I was disappointed the necklace chain was very short I bought a longer chain but couldn't fit it through the very small hole on the pendant even though I bought a fine chain. The pendant earrings and bracelet are lovely but I am not able to wear the necklace.”

“There was an issue with delivery. Royal mail post office refused to accept the product (not me personally). Although the tracking advice was to contact the sender, they were of no help as they just referred back to royal mail tracking (which I already had). Apparently the product was being returned to the sender. I have however now received the product (with no help from Jon Richard) but Royal Mail tracking is still saying it has been returned to sender. The product is of good quality and as expected.”

“I have bought quite a few pieces which I have liked. Unfortunately, there has been a couple of occasions where things have gone wrong. Wrong sizes, wrong colour and even on one occasion I returned an item requesting a different size. I received the original item back again. This has not filled me with confidence to order again.”
