Very nice item, as described, shame it's arrived broken, looks like was broken, when been put in the bag! I returned the item and hope for the replacement in good condition!

My order didn’t arrive yet, and it was supposed to arrive between 10-15 days that my order was dispatched, and it’s been 26 days and I haven’t received anything

Item nicely packaged reasonably priced but very disappointed at size. Much smaller than I thought. Thought about returning but it was a gift for a friend abroad.

The jewellery itself was lovely and reasonably priced but I left a question on their contact form asking which jewellery box (jewellery didn't come with one so I had to purchase one separately) would best fit my item as it was a gift, and no one bothered getting back to me.

service wasn't the worst but wasn't GOOD either unfortunately. could be a one off, I have no idea. bought a necklace/earring set for christmas gift - 1. it got delivered to completely the wrong address, so maybe Jon Richard could ensure tracked postage instead? to avoid these issues. & 2. it was completely the wrong set they sent. 3. it took them OVER a week, to reply to two emails I sent to there customer service email about the issue. no auto response email to let me know they'd received anything or how long it would take them to get back to me. all in all, a bit of a mess about if I'm honest. could be because it's christmas but... still not a great, functional service. disappointed.

When I went to wrap Up the bracelet I ordered it was not in the box I sent an email as could not find a phone number and 2 days have passed with no reply from them. Therefore please check your orders and don’t expect a reply from them. Poor customer service.

I was disappointed with the quality as they look like something I could have bought in Claires Accessories. As the tamper seal was over the front of the earrings, I couldn't look at them through the packaging so I had to break it. It's a shame. They looked lovely on the picture.

I was very disappointed the necklace was so thin I paid £20 in sale supposed to be £40 I can’t see that + supposed to have a gift box and it didn’t.

I bought a silver necklace for a friend for her birthday. The necklace itself is lovely but it came in a plastic bag. There was no box which makes it look cheap. I still haven't given it to her as I've not been able to buy a gift box as I live in a rural area.

Jewellery is lovely, however the way they were packaged was very disappointing. As ordered as my bridal jewellery, it didn't even come in a jewellery box. Just came in a small bubble wrap bag

Disappointed with colour as really pink on picture but came back as clear colour but still nice earrings. Almost felt as if wrong colour had been sent. No time to return as needed earrings for wedding.

Beautiful colour just what I was looking for to go with a wedding outfit, the bracelet was lovely and the necklace was lovely but the necklace just wouldn't stay in place to show the lovely coloured stones, kept twisting to show the back so sadly returned. Still waiting for a refund but only returned last week don't know how long it takes

Sadly of the three brooches only two were the true colour in photograph. The rose gold one was very faded. Not good
