“Lovely necklace and good deal. Atrocious customer service. Dont respond when chasing for delivery. No tracking. Dont advise when an item is not available - the matching bracelet. Not an acceptable way to run a supply company even during busy period before Christmas.”

“I love these hair decorations but realise that my two granddaughters have long glossy hair and without a clip end they will not hold in. May I return them in exchange for something else from your extensive products please? I have tried to send an email but it is not able to send”

“Appalling service - charged my card, never delivered item and customer service doesn’t reply to emails (phone line is a joke as there is nobody to pick up). And then the cheek to ask for a review…it would be more appreciated if you could get in touch to process my refund instead. Please avoid this company / they should t be allowed to operate at all based on my experience (and many others - check the reviews on trust pilot)”
