“I have not received my item which ordered for a gift for Mother’s Day. I have asked for refund but have told no because the package can take up to 10 working days. This is despite the fact I paid extra for your so called express delivery. I have found your customer service very poor and I will never order from your company again.”

“The ordering and delivery process was quick; however, the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to a clear lack of care and attention during the picking and packing process. I was sent the wrong colour bracelet, despite ordering a specific item. As the order was intended to be a birthday gift, I contacted customer services immediately via email to request urgent assistance. Unfortunately, I received only an automated response advising that it could take up to five working days to receive a reply. Given that the mistake was made by the company and the order was time-sensitive, this level of customer support is unacceptable. I have since returned the item but am still awaiting a response from customer services. The lack of urgency, accountability, and communication has been extremely frustrating. Due to the careless handling of the order and the poor level of customer service, I will not be purchasing from Jon Richard again and would not recommend the brand to family or friends.”
