“I ordered a jewellery 3 piece set for my wedding. I tried on the bangle and it broke in half. I didn't find customer services particularly helpful. I have returned the set and am waiting for my refund.”

“I purchased this full set for our son’s wedding. What a beautiful and pretty set, that complimented my dress as mother of the groom. Very impressed. Would definitely buy from Jon Richard’s again. The price was fantastic”

“Lovely looking set but unfortunately the necklace was too short and had to snap it and throw it away to put the pendant on another chain. Then the hoop of the pendant was so small I struggled to find a chain it would go on! Shame really as another couple of inches and it would have sat really nice.”

“Have had a really bad experience with Jon Richard Customer Service Department. I ordered two items using the express delivery option. When the parcel arrived both items were not what I ordered! I returned the items and received a refund on the two items BUT have not been refunded on the express deluver6 postage of £5.95. Having emailed to and fro to the customer services department I have had no satisfactory conclusion and I am still out of pocket, through no fault of my own.”

“Ordered quite a lot of items in past few years, had a broken bracelet in an order few weeks back, as i wanted it for a holiday there wasnt time to return for replacement so reordered it with intention of returning broken one. Also ordered something else as a present, order arrived and bracelet was missing. Every email i have received from jon richard is asking me to supply a picture of missing item?? And now to return missing item for a refund??????? Done with spending my money with jon richard”

“I ordered two sets of silver sterling hoops (5cm plain and diamond cut) for my 15 year old daughter. She was super happy with them and has worn them both non stop. Great quality and quick dispatch.”
