Items are lovely, quickly delivered. The only snag was that the boxes all broke when opened, so not ideal as a gift. However, for the price they were great value.

Received an empty box with a delivery note saying the jewellery was to be refunded. No email, no update. I almost gifted someone an empty box because of your lack of professional customer service. Absolutely disappointed as there's now no time left to get another present.

I bought an earring 5 weeks ago and I have not received it and my money has not been returned. The site has no number to contact them. Its such a shame I didn't read the review before purchasing this item. I would need my money to be returned ASAP.

Lovely helpful staff had a broken braclet but they were great and sorted it out quickly thank you and I forgot to say that the rest of my order was great really pleased

Pearl earrings - one pearl fell out as soon as I touched the earring. Silver and gold effect earrings- both cushion pads dropped out and so far I’ve not managed to push them back in. Necklace - still in packaging. Not impressed with purchases!

I bought a sterling silver pendant necklace. It arrived very quickly and the small cubic zirconia pendant looked fine, but the chain seemed very thin. I bought it to wear at a wedding in Australia, so packed it. When I went to put it on, the clasp immediately came away from the chain so I never got to wear it at all. I should have gone to Primark or Claire's Accessories, would have been better quality.

Everything is beautiful ,,delivered promptly and good value ,,,however products are very very much smaller than pictures lead you to believe which can disappoint if they are meant for gifts , it may be an idea to include the boxes or packaging rather than charging extra

We’ll I’d review if I’d been a customer in the full sense of the word. Ordered and paid for a silver bracelet , purchase was confirmed and then within a few hours got a message I was to receive a refund. My complaint is that at no time did I recieve a message to apologise for the inconvenience.. not a sorry in sight !! Poor customer service and no bracelet!!!

Beautiful colour just what I was looking for to go with a wedding outfit, the bracelet was lovely and the necklace was lovely but the necklace just wouldn't stay in place to show the lovely coloured stones, kept twisting to show the back so sadly returned. Still waiting for a refund but only returned last week don't know how long it takes
