Can’t review the product as 10 working days later it’s still not been received! Contacted customer service twice now and still no update apart from an auto acknowledgement on first mail. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again!

This bracelet arrived quite damaged and faulty and now I have to wait weeks to get a refund as o have to post it back to the UK from Australia - you can clearly see by the pics that it is damaged but they wa t me to return it before I get a refund so k have paid for something I can’t wear.

Unfortunately I still have not received my order which I placed in the 13th October. I was told to expect delivery I 5 working days but now have to wait until the 29th which is 10 working days. Do I may need a refund or wait for a recorder. Disappointing as these were ordered for a birthday present for the 29th October

Item was purchased as a gift & was reasonable quality & price but let down as all items in listing description were not supplied & customer service were not prepared to rectify their own listing error.

Bracelet arrived very late. I paid for express delivery. It finally arrived a week and a half later. Customer service is extremely poor. Actually it is non-existent. You can only email, which I did on 3 or 4 occasions and on the second occasion received a useless automated response and on all the other occasions received nothing. I needed to let the company know that my order had not been delivered and the tracking was not moving on. For over a week it was at the same post office hub. I trawled the internet to find a Jon Richard customer service phone number but on ringing got an answer phone message saying I had to email. If emailing is the only option, you should respond. I was left in limbo not knowing if my parcel was going to arrive or not, whether another needed to be sent or I needed a refund. I would actually like a refund for the postage as it was not express by any means but nobody is responding. The whole experience has been awful and I would never order from the website again. Appalling.

Not happy bought a bangle it clearly says with gift box. Delivered no gift box 😡 Customer service not good Can only email no one to speak to ,and just get generated automatic reply telling you to return Very poor service will avoid now Shame as bangle nice but cannot give as 60th birthday present without box. Would have ordered more for Christmas but not with the customer service as bad as it is and not getting what is described

Beautiful quality but absolutely minuscule compared to photos. Very deceiving and can't have refund because they are for pierced ears.

Never dispatched the whole order, no email to say they were doing this either just didn't send it. 7 days and 8 emails later customer service finally replied, extremely rude in their replies and still not refunded despite them saying it's been sent. Now seeking legal action against them, what did turn up is dirty, marked and not what was advertised, save your money and shop elsewhere

I ordered 2 separate items for my impending wedding from Jon Richard. Even though I received confirmation that my orders had been placed I never received either order. I was notified that the first order was no longer in stock and my money would be returned however for the 2nd order I was sent my money back and never advised that my order would not be fulfilled. I have lost all faith in Jon Richard as a company and will not purchase anything from them anything, nor will I recommend their website.
