Bought a bracelet as a birthday gift, unfortunately the bracelet was too small, so I purchased a bracelet extender, it said on the website that the extenders fit all Jon Richard bracelets, unfortunately the extender did not fit the bracelet. So I am very disappointed it is false advertising. Customer service have not been very helpful. I am now out of pocket for a bracelet and an extender. Jon Richard have now asked me to send it back and the extender, but I honestly can’t be bothered asking the friend to give it back to me, and then wrapping it up and queuing in the post office. Will not order anything again from you.

I received my necklace and it was broken and tangled. I have emailed and sent pictures of the necklace and have had no reply, so very bad customer service. Will never use this company again. I wouldn’t have given 1 star if I had the choice.

I ordered a set of diamonte cross earings and a matching necklace. They arrived and the cross of one of earings was bent. I wrote to customer service about getting a replacement and I'm still to hear back.

Ordered on 18th May,,still not received. Have contacted customer services, been told i need to leave it 10 working days before it's classed as lost. Which is tomorrow. Not sure what happens from there, as wasnt given further information. Only to contact again tomorrow.

My necklace arrived broken I emailed customer service right away including photos and requesting a return/refund, my email was refused by their server numerous times. I still havnt had contact from them until the email today to ask for this review! Definitely do not use!! Avoid!!!

Ordered a necklace and matching earings for the necklace to arrive totally the item and colour, quite a struggle to liase with Jon Richard warehouse as its all emails and no contact number, replacement item was resent with no email confirmation or tracking details. Parcel arrived by Royal mail whilst at work and was just left on doorstep for anyone to take as packaging clearly states where the product is from. Had the added stress of hoping the item was still sat on the doorstep when i arrived home. A simple email would of helped so i could of redirected the parcel to the local Post office.

I ordered a four leaf clover bracelet but I was sent a completely different item. I returned this bracelet but Jon Richard refused to refund the delivery costs saying they only refund in cases of faulty goods. I think this absolutely disgusting as they are at fault for sending the wrong item in the first place. I would never buy from or recommend Jon Richard again.

I ordered my delivery almost 2 weeks ago and my delivery has not come. The customer service is horrible and there has been no progression.

absolutely atrocious customer service. From ignored emails, to not sending my item to me on time, to cancelling my order completely without an apology or explanation. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

My order got cancelled the day after it was due to be delivered, this left no time to order from anywhere else in time for Christmas delivery. Very disappointed

Returned items 2 weeks ago for a refund. They have not acknowledged receipt of the items or been in touch at all. I've emailed Customer Services 3 times. This is unacceptable. I just want my money back.
