Absolutely horrible experience. Please steer clear and just go buy from a proper brand who knows how to do business. Just don’t buy from them if you value your money, time and peace of mind. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. They are arrogant, refuse to correct a mistake their brand did and gaslight you for raising the issue and asking for resolution too. Just stay the hell away.

don't bother always some qaulity issue 1st time the jewellery had some odd scratches they only refund me 10% saying hygiene issue I bought the some for a gift 2nd time I bought more stuff as gifts but in one of the sets a back stopper is missing also I have to give as gift embarrassing I won't order again

Have had a really bad experience with Jon Richard Customer Service Department. I ordered two items using the express delivery option. When the parcel arrived both items were not what I ordered! I returned the items and received a refund on the two items BUT have not been refunded on the express deluver6 postage of £5.95. Having emailed to and fro to the customer services department I have had no satisfactory conclusion and I am still out of pocket, through no fault of my own.

Ordered quite a lot of items in past few years, had a broken bracelet in an order few weeks back, as i wanted it for a holiday there wasnt time to return for replacement so reordered it with intention of returning broken one. Also ordered something else as a present, order arrived and bracelet was missing. Every email i have received from jon richard is asking me to supply a picture of missing item?? And now to return missing item for a refund??????? Done with spending my money with jon richard

I still havent received my item i ordered even though i ordered it several weeks ago and have had one email in response to me emailing about this item. Not impressed with the communication and many weeks it has taken to not receive this item.

I have not received my item which ordered for a gift for Mother’s Day. I have asked for refund but have told no because the package can take up to 10 working days. This is despite the fact I paid extra for your so called express delivery. I have found your customer service very poor and I will never order from your company again.
