I received earrings that had clearly already been worn, which is completely unacceptable. I contacted customer service to complain, but nobody bothered to follow up or resolve the issue. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and selling used products as new is shocking. Don’t waste your money—avoid buying from Jon Richard.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the worry this caused. We can confirm the earrings were not previously worn, the appearance mentioned relates to the silver-plated finish. The posts on this style are standard metal and are not silver plated, which means they appear slightly darker than the decorative part of the earring. Our team responded within our stated timeframe, and we arranged a return and refund, which has since been successfully completed. We’re glad we were able to resolve this for you.

Very poor service. Sent the wrong product which I returned, then said sold out of what I wanted a few days before Xmas!

I received an incorrect item. No response from customer services no telephone to contact them just email. I'm still waiting for my refund. First time ordering from the company and will never order again. Appaling customer service

Lovely necklace and good deal. Atrocious customer service. Dont respond when chasing for delivery. No tracking. Dont advise when an item is not available - the matching bracelet. Not an acceptable way to run a supply company even during busy period before Christmas.

Appalling service - charged my card, never delivered item and customer service doesn’t reply to emails (phone line is a joke as there is nobody to pick up). And then the cheek to ask for a review…it would be more appreciated if you could get in touch to process my refund instead. Please avoid this company / they should t be allowed to operate at all based on my experience (and many others - check the reviews on trust pilot)

This set was very small compared to the photos online. Not worth the money and couldn’t return them as they don’t let you return ear rings. Not what was advertised. Not happy at all. Wouldn’t buy from this website again.

I never got notified about the shipping process or when it got delivered. The postman left it outside the house which I never verified and when I reached out to Jon Richard to ask for the product to be resent or at least refunded, I never got a response.

Ordered 2 toggle bracelets as gifts which stated it the description that they came with a gift box. The items were received in a small plastic bag. Emailed twice to request the gift boxes be issued as stated, but have had no response from this company. Will not buy again.
