I haven’t received my order, I keep ringing your number and it says this number doesn’t exist. I ordered the Green trio pear set a month a go and I am still waiting.

I haven’t had the chance too see what the jewellery is like due to it not even being delivered. I’ve been waiting 2-3 weeks to receive the gorgeous set for my wedding and I still have not received anything, been lost in transit for the past week

Hi, we are sorry you are disappointed. If a product comes with a gift box the image online will include this - unfortunately not all our products come with gift boxes. We have boxes available on our website pricing between £1 and £4. I hope this helps or any future purchases.

I have returned item as necklace was broken Returned by Hermes on 30 January but no communication as yet from Jon Richard for replacement or refund of item.

The image in the advertising didn't match what was provided apart from the bracelet pendent. Bracelet its self is made with stretchable plastic which is really thin and surrounded by metal that looks cheap. Dissapointed it was delivered in a self sealed plastic bag wrapped in bubble wrap. No gift box etc. Only paid £22 for bracelet but did expect it to come in some sort of box. Was quick delivery and regularly updated with progress of delivery however the quality of product and presentation has put me off buying anything in the future.

I’m not happy with my order at all the lace was extremely weak so the necklace broke I was gutted because it was extremely beautiful but the earrings were beautiful.

I returned an item on 17/11 but have still heard nothing about a refund. Using the same method for returns with other companies, I've had money in my account as soon as the return goods have been scanned in the shop. The Jon Richard experience is disappointing by comparison. The returns process itself is simple and you don't have to pay for returns.

Earrings came damaged. I really think more sturdy packaging is needed when posting delicate earrings. I payed on paypal and when a staff member tried to issue with a refund the barcode wouldnt scan. It had to be refunded manually. A correct invoice / receipt would have helped. The assistant was very helpful.

I ordered three items from your collection via Debenhams for my friends 60th birthday. The items are beautiful and I have kept all three items. However, I am very disappointed that none of these items arrived in gift boxes- in bubble wrap only. As they are gifts how can I give to my friend wrapped in bubble wrap? In total I spent £ 61 pounds and no presentation boxes? If you are not willing to provide boxes for free then at least give the option to pay for boxes. I am sure if I had not bought on line but in store the items would all have been in gift boxes.

I ordered a necklace but I never received it. I didn't receive any communication to say that it was out of stock. I only discovered this when I looked at my banking online and discovered I had been refunded. I do love Jon Richard Simply Silver jewellery but this time I was a bit disappointed that I never received an email explaining what had happened.
