Im afraid one of the more expensive £25 pairs of earrings was broken on arrival (backing was not fixed on) which meant I could not use the pair for my wedding day as I had ordered them late an had no time to re-order or organise.
The rest of the order was absolutely perfect- thank you- but this isolated faulty item was poorer quality than I had expected from Jon Richard which had received excellent reviews online.
I am aware there are no refunds for earrings but is there an exception in this circumstance as they were never worn?
