I received the wrong item and it was for my daughters prom. I then had to return the item and pay my return postage, having already paid for express delivery! I asked for the cost of the return postage to be covered in my item refund and it was not! Ordered the correct item elsewhere and received it correctly and in time for the prom. Won't be buying from here again!

Not happy with the service provided the wrong earrings were sent I repeatedly emailed customer service I had no reply I will never order from them again.

I really love the jewellery. The reason I rate it 2 because I order 3 pieces to gift to someone and only one came into the original box

Lovely earring and necklace set. Shame about the customer service weeks waiting for item to arrive and no response about where it is until the day it arrived. I wouldn’t take the risk of ordering from this site again.

The despatch email, should have contained tracking information, but didn't. It said to contact you via email if the article hadn't arrived after 5 days which it didn't. I emailed you twice but got no reply. You do not have a phone number to call customer support, hence the poor score There is no live chat or telephone number, amd you ignore emails. You never replied, the bracelet just turned up after about 8 days

I was a bit let down as these earrings for were my civil wedding ceremony and as soon as I put them on, they broke. They were the clip ons, but that's still unaceptable.

The items I eventually received where very nice. However the item I was particularly wanting was not delivered, I was not informed there was a problem and only realised I would not receive it when my bank advised I had a refund! No explanation on the delivery note, the item was just crossed off. I was asked for a review a week before the items had been delivered.

I did not receive my order. You sent me a mail saying I would be getting a refund but no explanation as to why. As this was a Christmas Present I am a bit disappointed. Therefore unable to complete the survey below.

Ordered a lovely jewellery set as a Christmas present for a friend. However, a week later get an email saying the order has been cancelled and I received a refund. No idea as to why though?

Bought a set last minute for my wedding. It served its purpose but was disappointed with the quality. The dangly bits didn’t dangle freely if you know what I mean. The necklace was slightly on the short side. It all in my opinion looked a little cheap and if I had had time to look for something else, I would have send this set back. All in all, very expensive what what it is and wouldn’t recommend. Disappointing because I had Jon Richards accessories years ago and they were great, but not this time.

Pearl earrings - one pearl fell out as soon as I touched the earring. Silver and gold effect earrings- both cushion pads dropped out and so far I’ve not managed to push them back in. Necklace - still in packaging. Not impressed with purchases!
