The set I ordered was lovely. However I was disappointed as the chain on the necklace was knotted. I tried to set angle it but it won’t come out.

Previous orders Received damaged necklace which I had to return, last order received necklace that didn’t match the picture which I am to return on Monday and the one thing that is not right is everytime you order the 10 % discount pops up but cannot apply. It looks like it’s something to trick customers. I emailed twice with the screenshot but still not replied. Previously when I reported they did refund me the discount but not this time on my last order. Hopefully they will reply soon

Service was a bit slow and sadly the riser earrings I ordered don't stay where they should and you can't return earrings once tried.

The product is very beautiful however to purchase on line can be difficult if you do not know the size of the stones or gems I ordered something I thought was a small yellow stone I was not sure of the size I didn’t see a photograph example on a finger for guidance The stone was huge when I received it. I wish I had purchased from a store

The earring was very pretty but the prong that goes through the ear was too thick and not sturdy. Metal was weak.

The boxes a lot of the items came in were all broken which makes it impossible to use if an item is a gift. Really disappointing. I had to fix a necklace that came broken myself and the necklaces came all tangled up in the boxes so it's hardly a surprise. Although nice items, as I said, the boxes all broken, one necklace broken and the others all tangled.. not impressed.

Product very good but customer care not very good,tried to amend an order but only contact that seemed available was e mail,which I tried but unsuccessful could not find a telephone contact and received no reply very poor

Items (earrings) were sent in a plastic bag and not at all protected so they arrived damaged. Poor packaging meant the items arrived damaged.

I was sent a wrong consignment. It was complete breach of contract. They sent me a different pair of earrings and contact to call except email. No costumer care.

Beautiful ring but had to send it back and ordered a different size , all went through and money was taken only then to just receive a refund , no email explaining so I made contact to be told it was out of stock ! Very dissapointed

Very disappointed, this item came in a bubble wrap bag, not boxed, it’s a wedding hair piece that has no protection wish I had gone to a shop it would have been more money but in better condition

Please make your packing large, it’s hard to see the earrings in such a tight plastic sachet. You end up opening the sachet therefore making it not returnable due to the breaking of the seal. I’m stuck with some earrings that I don’t like due to that fact.
