Beautiful jewellery, but both my refunds were short, and I have contacted them twice and they haven't replied at all. No jewellery in the world can make up for ignoring your customers. Sorry!

I have always loved Jon RIchard jewellery. I used to buy from Debenhams, even all my wedding jewellery. This was my first time ordering direct via the Jon Richard site. I ordered three items, a mirror which was fine. A necklace to give as a gift and a bangle also as a gift. The items were in the sale but even so the necklace was in a small plastic bag and was so tangled up it was impossible to untangle without breaking it so I sent it back. The bangle was silver coloured with crystals and looked lovely on the website but what arrived would hardly have fitted a child. It was almost like a baby bracelet ... but with a clip and crystals! I sent that back as well. Pity, it was just very disappointing.

It was beautifully presented in a little case. Unfortunately the pin came off the brooch the first time I tried to put it on.

Recieved my necklace and earrings set to give as a gift to an elderly friend. Very disappointed, but couldn't return as I had opened the little plastic packet to remove the items. According to the advert, the set was reduced from £40 to £20. Surely no one ever paid £40 for that? The stone was minute and the elderly lady would never be able to fasten the chain as it was so fine. Didn't look so tiny in the photos. I am now not able to give it to the lady and now have to spend another £20 somewhere else.

Purchased pink earings and a long pink pearl necklace to match unfortunately the necklace was more of a cream colour than pink so cant wear them together. However the earrings are lovely

I bought a hairclip but the photo was incorrect. When it arrived it was a hair comb. Immediately contacted customer service but still no reply, two weeks later. Poor service.

Really disappointed with the quality! I bought some jewellery for my wedding however when i came to wear the earrings the stone had fallen out of one stud and i hadn't even opened the packet and the hair clips had also snapped and hadn't even been worn, my bridesmaids jewellery from etsy was better quality!

The items was very nice but the packaging wasn't very good paid 80 pounds but didn't get a box with bridal jewellery seems very poor to me

Contacted the company via email to cancel my order and got no response. About 12 days later the product was delivered. I'm not happy because I've lost money that I needed on an order I wanted to cancel and still have had no response.

Bought these to replace a similar order which I didn't receive from TKmaxx. Thought the earings were gorgeous but after receiving the item, I noticed that the stones on both blue sets aren't smooth. They feel and look rough. Slightly disappointed as I thought it's a reputable brand the quality would be great.

I haven’t received my order, I keep ringing your number and it says this number doesn’t exist. I ordered the Green trio pear set a month a go and I am still waiting.

I haven’t had the chance too see what the jewellery is like due to it not even being delivered. I’ve been waiting 2-3 weeks to receive the gorgeous set for my wedding and I still have not received anything, been lost in transit for the past week
