“Andrew Tuck and Katie Paterson have been simply brilliant. We needed to re-mortgage quickly as we were about to transfer onto the SVR. The whole process took less than a month and was totally hassle free. Worth every penny.”

“We have used John Charcol previously and yet again we were given outstanding customer service by Jonathan Smith. Our situation was especially complicated this time as we are living overseas. Using his relationships and extensive market knowledge, Jonathan was able to find us the perfect mortgage solution which we could not have sourced ourselves. As a result, we were able to purchase our new home. A service worth every penny and totally stress free! We can't thank you enough.”

“Early last September, Erin Hine and Hayley Sydes responded within in an instant to a mortgage enquiry from me. "This should be very straight forward" Erin said and indicated that we could have it all sown up in, ooh, under four weeks. Little did the pair know the number of hurdles and obstacles that would be put in their way to delay and frustrate them in closing the deal. But diligently, calmly and resolutely, the couple soldiered on in the face of client inefficiency, prevarication and indecision - exacerbated by a very obstinate accountant. Eventually, all finally relented and in a way no one ever thought possible, suddenly the whole thing came together in a matter of moments and voila the deal was done. Erin and Hayley were a joy to deal with, ever positive and polite, they never let the endless delays get the better of them. They are a credit to John Charcol and it was my great privilege to have them looking after me, as without them, I'd be no further forward than I was six months ago. Thank you Erin and Hayley!”

“We have used John Charcol several times since the company was first formed and have always been impressed by their product knowledge and professional client service. Now as pensioners looking for an interest only remortgage the options were very limited. To the rescue once again John Charcol. Sarita Varma used her extensive product knowledge to find us the right product with very good financials. She made the process stress free and handled the whole transaction with the professionalism we have come to expect from Charcol. Katie Paterson supported Sarita and kept us fully informed of progress throughout the process and answered our questions promptly. We believe Charcol provide excellent value for money based on their extensive product knowledge and customer service. We will be using them again. Thanks Sarita and Katie.”
