“Excellent Service from Paula Willock and Kayleigh Lewis. Amazing Ladies who knew what they were doing and very professional and helped me through the process of arranging my mortgage even when I am Self- Employed and other organisations had declined me an offer. Paula was very competent and knew exactly what she was doing and what was required and Kayleigh kept me informed of the process. I cannot thank you both enough. I am an extremely happy customer and I will always recommend you in the future. Thank you for helping me and my family move into our dream home. Excellent Service.”

“Not having taken out a mortgage for some 40 years, much has changed and the credit appraisals today are infinitely more stringent. My wife and I, both in our 70s, owe a great debt to Randeep Sodhi who steered us through the intricacies of raising a mortgage at our age and in the current climate. Randeep has been the epitome of a professional advisor who genuinely looks after the client’s interest first and foremost throughout the process, informative, great attention to detail, excellent personal contacts throughout the lending community and a natural commitment to service. After an initial hiccup caused by problems within the initial lender’s credit department, Randeep managed to accelerate the process to meet our commitment to a deadline within 5 weeks. Our solicitors, the FX brokers, the estate agents, the seller and their agents have nothing but praise for his professionalism, speed and commitment. “From start to finish the JC Case holders were cheerful, amenable, super helpful, super positive, honest, genuine and professional. The staff I interacted with were a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the whole process they constantly kept me informed, updated, and ‘in the loop’. They made what can be a frustrating bureaucratic process as smooth and painless as possible. At every turn they did their best to advocate for me and fight for me with the lender. Additionally when my patience was stretched by the lenders consistent detailed requests, they remained positive, creative, and with a problem-solving approach, throughout, with excellent communication and people skills; always letting me know what was happening and why, and in the nicest possible ways. I always felt strongly that they had my best interests at heart and wanted me to be succesful in securing the best financial product to meet my needs. The staff who handled my case were a credit to themselves, John Charcol, and to their Financial Services industry, and I cant thank them enough, and recommend them enough; they were superb.”
