“They have been awesome from the start, they completed my mortgage on record time (less than 10 days). The service was excellent, they really went the extra mile with me due to the urgency of completing on record time or lose 30% deposit. Special thanks to Riza Jerusalem and Jake Taylor Croft.”

“The mortgage broker did what he said he would, when he said he would do it and was very understanding and helpful finding me the correct mortgage product. I was then passed on to a client relationship manager who was in regular, reliable communication and kept me up to date with how my sale was progressing. Customer service was above and beyond.”

“I turned to Charcols to help me re-mortgage after a terrible experience with Natwest. Charcols were brilliant from start to finish - the staff were very helpful and determined in following up the lenders, lawyers and valuers. I wasted 4 months with hopeless Natwest and Charcol completed in a little over 2 months from the first phone call. All staff were very professional.”

“Penny & Sophia made the whole mortgage process really easy for us, they was really kind and helpful, Penny was excellent in helping us find the best mortgage that suited us the most and Sophia chased the solicitors up regularly & have us feedback to help speed up the process which was great. “Very helpful in identifying the right lender for us and explaining the different steps to take up to completion. Smooth handover from Eric A to Lucy B after the new mortgage had been arranged in principle. If anything a bit of overkill in the overlap between John Charcol and the solicitors and between phone calls from Southampton duplicating information in emails”
