“John Charcol could not have been more helpful in supporting us to buy our dream house in Cornwall. We had a complex case, and working with Joanne Irwin was a pleasure. She was efficient, comprehensive and found us a great mortgage. But it didn’t stop there, throughout the whole process herself and her colleague Marina DaLomba were helping to move things along and help sort out any issues that did arise. Buying a house is not an easy task but I could not recommend John Charcol, and particularly Joanne Irwin more, to make it a lot easier.”

“From the first appointment, my mortgage consultant Jessica Childs made the whole process easy. She worked extremely hard to get me a great mortgage, and when my changing financial circumstances complicated the whole thing, she was really resourceful in finding other options. I would definitely come back to John Charcol if I ever needed a mortgage again, and hope that Jessica was still working for the company.”

“The staff we have encountered at John Charcol (on two occasions, eight years apart) have been polite, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Both the initial mortgage consultant (Nicole in our most recent case) and the client relationship manager (Scott) were exemplary. We would certainly recommend John Charcol wholeheartedly - they took (most of) the stress out of sorting a mortgage and kept us well informed from start to completion. Top marks!”

“Amazing! From my first call with Tiara through to completion of the mortgage she and Hayley have been fantastic. Tiara immediately understood my requirements but with very few positives to work with and against all odds found a lender willing to look at providing a 2nd charge mortgage. It was only through the tenacity, perseverance and persuasion skills of Tiara and Hayley in dealing with the lender that the loan was able to complete. I have never felt that anyone has fought my corner as much, and these ladies have truly been life savers! I would thoroughly recommend them and cannot say thank you enough!”
