“Excellent customer service, very understanding and responsive to my particular needs (self-build mortgage). “This was the first time we used John Charcol to remortgage one of our buy to let properties, Scott and Marina were most helpful and kept us up to date with the transaction and was most patient when we hit a few hiccups but didn't give up and helped us through. We would gladly use them again.”

“Where do i begin. I am a first time buyer and I thought this whole process was going to be grueling and daunting. Step forward my guardian angel Michael Williams (Mortgage Broker) This delightful young man was my rock. He gave me sound advice from start to finish, his attention to detail was outstanding, his inter personal skills were immense. Regardless of how many times I asked the same stupid questions he always explained everything clearly and concisely and he got me the most amazing deal!”

“I have now arranged four mortgages through John Charcol and the last two were handled by Jessica Childs and Katy Swift. They were always quick to respond, very clear and helpful and totally efficient even in the face of some shoddy solicitors. Personally my experience means I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - they make a difficult complicated business so much easier. They get my vote. Big time.”

“Sarita Varma has helped us re-arrange our mortgage on several occasions. She is helpful, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I always feel she tries her very best for us and has helped us navigate the not inconsiderable challenges we faced each time. Her knowledge of products on the market is extremely valuable. Thanks to Sarita we can not only pay much less for the next two years, but also she managed to extend the term of our BTL mortgage, thus reducing the stress of feeling we had to sell the property in a couple of years' time. Happy New Year indeed :)”
