“A pointless intermediary sums it up. Mortgage found was easily found on comparison websites, so they brought nothing to the table deal wise. The whole process was incredibly slow and they did nothing appreciable to improve the process. They add nothing basically, except a fee.”

“Dave was highly professional and very approachable right from the start - nothing was ever too much trouble, despite numerous requests from us to re-jig figures and mortgage quotes etc. Hayley and Riza also provided excellent relationship support. Daniel's service was, and continues to be, first class. Being a busy professional myself, I could not have done this without them! I would have no hesitation in recommending the full team at John Charcol.”

“Lisa Lisa Lisa. Amazing every time. No matter the hurdle. My sister pointed me in the direction of this adviser at John Charcol and I truly believe I hit the jackpot. “The service from the word go was excellent. Penny took me through various different scenarios, and she was always available to talk. Very patient! The service from Southampton with Sarah Grace was also extremely good and efficient. Remortgaging / buying is a very stressful thing to do and it really helps when you have a proactive broker that communicates well! Well done. Highly professional.”
