“We had been looking to remortgage for some time but just never seem to find the time to get around to it. We saw an ad online and thought we'd make an enquiry. Next thing we new we had a call from John Charcol of Southampton. This turned out to be one of the best things we've done in a long time. Martin Ward was appointed our rep / mortgage advisor and immediately started to listen too and act upon our requirements and needs The whole process from that first conversation to mortgage completion took only a few weeks and today we completed. So happy are we with the service we have received, we are already telling family and friends. Without hesitation,we paid their invoice for services rendered and believe we have had outstanding value for money. Many thanks to Martin and Hayley for making something so daunting, actually so easy. Well done John Charcol. Ian and Sarah Bradley of Devon.”

“My Mortgage and Protection advisor, Dave Cornford was excellent. He completed an in depth review of my situation, and discussed various lenders with me until he was able to find the one which best suited my circumstances. I felt confident throughout the entire process that I was getting the right advice tailored to my needs. I was kept updated by Dave and Helen throughout who liaised with the solicitors on my behalf, helping to make everything much smoother and taking some of the stress away from me. Overall I'm a very happy customer! Thanks :)”

“Most of my calls were dealt with Penny and Chantelle and they were absolutely brilliant throughout. They instantly made me feel at ease and guided me through my mortgage deal in a professional and friendly way. I cannot thank them enough for keeping me calm and going out of their way to make sure I was ahead of things. “I was abroad at the time of my enquiry regarding a re-mortgage of one of my properties, and did an on line introduction, then I was telephoned, and found the whole process straight forward, and all the staff were friendly, and helpful with the whole process, resulting in a very satisfactory outcome for me. “Sergio Constantatos went above the call of duty in my opinion. Out of all the mortgage consultants I have dealt with he was (by far) the most knowledgeable, proactive and creative problem-solver I've encountered in a purchase thwart with obstacles. I truly believe we wouldn't have the house we do today if it wasn't for him...see you in another 3-4 years!!”
